Planning to have a provider fly to me for an overnight.  What are some acceptable arrangements / logistics for handling a donation to a provider for an overnight traveling visit?

Her opinion is the only one that really matters. Hopefully you have done your research, are aware of what could go wrong and feel she is trustworthy.
