I am a 30 years old and have never used this type of service before, but by reading some of the reviews I feel I might be discriminated by my age. I am very clean, dress well and I am told often that I am an attractive man. My biggest concern is the screening process from what I've read is they check your profession. I am an account manager for a small business and make $55,000 per year. Are there any provider in the Washington DC area that would see me.

Each provider has different methods of screening. I'm not much older than you and make less money and have had no problem seeing providers. In your case, Try to find a provider who doesn't require references.
Check reviews and find some providers that you like. Try contacting them. Most should talk to you. If you are an intelligent, mature person that should help you gain appointments with one of them. You can ask her afterward whether she will act as a reference.
Many providers perfer not to use references and have their own systems of verifying as was stated by another poster. You may have to give information but realize that ladies require the information to attempt to insure their safety.
I agree with stilltryin! As providers we have to be very careful, safe and discreet. We dont know for sure if you are LE or some pycho.... so we have to screen for our own protection!! If you are for real and a gentleman then you shouldnt have a problem with it....if you do then that makes us wonder!?!?!? :[ I usually ask for a main work #, ext # (in which I call VERY discreetly asking for you where we talk and I hear a voice behind the emails....call it woman's intuition...but I do this just to make sure you are real and that you do indeed work there) Then I ask for 1 or 2 references from former providers (well known ones) and a picture if you have one just to make sure its YOU I am meeting at the door. (A license upon arrival works too) I do this for my own privacy, safety and discreetness as I too have alot to lose hun! So far....so good....no problems yet!! SweetSexyClassy :]
