Ok I have an odd question.

I haven't setup a time with a provider yet, still been thinking about it.  Because I am married, I am planning on CBJ or maybe just HJ along with a massage.  However, I have never had a CBJ in my life, and have also never gotten off from a HJ before.

I don't know if once I get there I will be so excited that things will go easy, or if this will be a serious problem.  Has anyone had similar experience (or lack of experience as it were) and found they had no problems/or had problems when it came to being covered with a provider?

There are a variety of possibilities here both good and not-so-good. Your concerns are valid but honestly there is no way to predict the outcome. I rarely ejaculate with a condom. Most of the time I finish with BBBJ. If the lady only does CBJ I will probably finish with the HJ. Will your results be the same? Hard to say. There is only one way to find out.

Seek out a big chested provider that provides Russian (yes, that means you have homework; but if you know anything, then you already know that it was Rule #1 anyway!).  This way you have a 3rd option.  Think about it, you need to get hard B4 the condom goes on for a CBJ, so having this extra option could be very important.
