I am a Newbie having trouble getting started.
A provider yesterday would not see me because i wasnt verified on the white list.

Can anyone help me with this.

Any provider out there willing to see me to help with this?

Go to the home page of your closest Regional Discussion Boards and Ad Boards.
Select the blue [Search] link.
Enter [newbie;friendly] [All these words] (yes, that's a semi-colon between newbie and friendly)
Leave the Author field blank [    ]
and hit Search.
.
Because of a TER glitch, you won't get the most recent such posts, but you might some leads to currently active newbie friendly Providers.
.
Good luck. Have fun.

I have never heard of that.

Usually, providers accept references, employment verification or real-world info (the driver's license selfie type thing), or some combination of the three*. Some providers also do social dates (no private time) with potential clients in order to screen that way.

Do not make the mistake of thinking a White List will work for verification. It may satisfy some providers of course, but like I said, I have never heard that in the decade I've been here on TER. feel free to get White Listed by providers who use them, but understand that screening is usually much broader than that.

**Honorable mentions for P411 or RS2K as verification tools as well.
