I was told to contact a local moderator via TER PM about local post & I do not see where on this board you can do this. So can someone tell me how to get my post on the Texas board, I have sent it & it has been almost a week & still is not up. Also can someone tell me how to contact a moderator via TER PM.

Regarding your ad post, I suggest that you check out the link below - you should find the information on posting provider ads and the TER review process to be quite helpful.  It also supplies guidelines on what is necessary to include a link to your web site in your posts.

The TER forums are discussion boards, not an advertising medium.  However, providers are allowed to post one ad message per week on specific forums, provided it meets certain criteria.
