The video was just a goof.  For me intimacy is whatever you let yourself show of yourself in a naked and unadulterated manner.  If you share your true feelings with someone, thats intimacy.  Sex is just sex.  Of whatever flavor or type.  Sex is for fun, intimacy is for real life I think.
