two-person tubs.

Will be staying in Manhattan for a few nights in April and have begun looking at hotels. I notice many are now on sale on the aggregator sites (Hotels.com, etc.) and am looking for advice from those who have been to hotels that had

- large two-person showers (not the shower/tub combos)
and/or
- separate shower and tub
and/or
- two person tub

I also want a room that has more than one chair in it. Preferably either a loveseat or small couch at least.

Work is paying so hoping to find something under $350 a night with the sales going on. Anywhere from SoHo in the south up to Central Park. East or West Side.

I'm also open to something good from a place like airbnb if you've stayed in one you recommend.

Feel free to post here or PM me.
Thanks in advance

Victorians style and it is why I love this hotel.

But in this hotel you may make order and open door half naked and ask
stuart to proceed to the suite and he would not raise his eyebrows:)

 Very understanding and discreet personnel:)

Love this hotel
Have fun and have the best:)
Money is only money .. and we know well how extra 200 updates you the room from stinky second hand smoke to luxury ..

That is true for anything you want to buy:)

The London in Manhattan midtown area.  Great spacious rooms and the showers are big enough for six people with dual shower heads.  Priced right also

I like the big tubs at the Andaz Wall Street and the Rivington Hotel - however, I'm not sure if the less expensive rooms have them, so definitely ask if/when booking.  Also, if The London is offering special room rates during your stay, the suites have great two-person showers (although I have had the occasional shortage of hot water there).

Have fun!  - MM

I don't know how much these hotels cost as I only visited, but the Mandarin Oriental had a beautiful, separate tub and shower.

The Mercer (soho) had the largest tub I have ever seen in my life

The dream hotel has the absolute smallest showers in the city. They have beautiful rooms but horrible bathrooms.
