Recently, I have found that a lot of the new girls at BDJ are very mediocre and not entirely into it....I've had my own personal experiences plus look at the reviews on Monica, Cami, Stefani, Payton...lousy....and, there seems to be a lot of turnover. I find BDJ to be a great agency to deal with and never had a problem (and have had some of the best experiences with girls like Andi and Elana), but I just think guys should be aware of some of the new ones...Anyone have the same impression?
Your concern is a valid one. I have used agencies in the past, but due to quality questions, timing, possibly being rushed, and just a general decline in the overall environment.....I now stay away from agencies except for a favorite AMP or two.
I find that a quality independent views her profession as a profession and her own business. As a result, if proper due diligence is applied by the hobbyist, it is easy to identify and develop a relationship with outstanding independents, who give a great service for a great value.
If on the other hand, an in-and-out experience is the hobbyist's standard....then he gets what he deserves.
My last 3 or 4 encounters with their girls have been lousy and had me walking away wondering why I was doing this. They seem to be enhancing the number of girls on staff but the quality of the sessions has declined tremendously. Needless to say I now only use indies.
this BDJ has enough quanity, but the quality is poor...my last experience was so horrible the girl was intoxicated or under another influence.I also complained to Kim, and a joke was made out of it. Is the BDJ next in line after N.Y. Confidential for a bust? is there any other responsible agencies in New York?
You mentioned 4 girls from BDJ that are not top performers. What about all of BDJ's top performers? Alissandra,Andi,Jill,Sissy,Victoria,Elena,Jessica and the list goes on. You can't base your judgement on BDJ from 4 girls. That isn't fair. Every agency has great girls,mediocre girls and girls that probably shouldn't be in the business. What seperates the good agencies from the bad ones is that the good agencies get rid of the girls that they get many complaints about. This is why you see a high turnover rate at BDJ. Kim isn't going to let a girl that does not meet BDJ standards work for her. She may give her the benefit of the doubt by giving her a chance, but when things don't work out she gets rid of them.
BDJ but the guy can complain if he wants. Believe it won't hurt her business. I think the best way to accomplish constructive criticism is by posting valid, accurate and timely reviews. IMHO that is why we have TER. With access to this research, you and I will always be fine. My experiences with Jill, Andi, Tori and others has been amazing! I have had a few rare average meetings but none have ever been horrible. BDJ has some of the most beautiful ladies I have ever seen. Don't forget ladies like Ashley Taylor, Elizabeth and Brynn are former members of the team and all of them are All-Stars!
While I usually don't get into responding these sorts of issues on the board I will here.
Number 1- I have fired Cami due to the craziness of her personality and did not have any history on her what so ever except for the fact that she posed for (same magazine I have) Penthouse and we knew the same people. She is a beautiful girl but very crazy, so crazy you would not even believe the stories if I told you. She is certified nuts and off the site as you can see.
#2 YES there are ok, so so girls that work in every agency but never get mentioned. When I have an ultra or a star there is no mention, but what I have noticed in this trend that when a girl is not up to par, she gets mentioned and then I get this Slipping theory. Please... I work my ass off in this industry, I bring girls into NYC for decent rates even though the average girl in an agency goes for 500 and above.I really feel sad when I read these things and I try as hard as I can to get the Great Gfe's, all agencies do. Sometimes when you speak with a girl and ask if she is, they sometimes lie to just get on the site. That really pisses me off when I find out that they are not. It makes me look bad and I don't like that. I feel that the girl violated the other girls in the agency and I. You have a new client walk through the door, he gets a average girl that is not GFE, he is not coming back because he thinks that every girl in that particular agency is like that. Guys don't call most of the time but when they do I breath a sigh of relief and I call the girl to confront her. I have no problem with that, I am a very direct no nonsense type of person. I don't have time for bullshit. Most of my clients that I have had for years can vouch for that. I hate sugar coating anything.
Payton is no a GFE, when the guys call I let them know that. Alot of them like her becasue she is so beautiful and don't care. I wish she was, she would make a ton of money.She has issues I guess and does not trust any other agencies to work with but I have tried to talk with her over and over.
Stefani did one week and now is just a local girl in Miami due to her being just so so.
Monica is trying hard to be a GFE, she worked with Elana and I hope does get better, if she does not than of course I will have to end her touring status with BDJ and just do local work.
You see, Sissy, Chrissy, Jill, Elana, Jessica, Samantha, Andi,Madison, Victoria etc. and many of the other girls never get mentioned due to be being the one of great ones of the industry with great prices but when a girl is not goood it is all over the board. If any of these Star BDJ girls walked into some of these now defunct NYC agencies they would have been paying at least 800 for the hour. I get phone calls all the time thanking me for bringing nice, beautiful girls into NY when sometimes the econmy is not so great and I know these guys work hard for their money to have some fun once or twice a month.
Also... when a clinet does have a bad time, they call me and I give them a discount for their next apt. I do want them to be nice about it when we discuss the problem and they are usually happy when we resolve the issue. That is what business is all about making people happy, not charging the an arm and a leg and having a great bunch of guys a clientele which I think I have made to that level.
I do appreciate that you wrote this don't get me wrong.I would have never had the chance to respond and say what I had to say.
If you have seen any of the girls you have mentioned, which I can kind of guess it's Payton. Please call me so I can remedy the problem. I want everyone to be happy with the girls and when they don't I like to know where the girl is lacking. That would help her also too.

The best thing to do in my opinion is to call me and let me know who you really enjoyed hanging out with and I will try to match up a girl close if not just like her.
I just wish more guys would give us credit when the girls are great too. Let's make this board a positive place again.

I wish you would just fire Payton b/c I had a session with her that was really uncool. her attitude sucked and that is really what is GFE is all about. Also, when I checked the ad for her at the time, it specifically called her a GFE (and that was on your website). so bottom line, your statement above was contradicting the advertisement on the BDJ site that got me to call and my an appointment in the first place.
So please try to keep consistency between your statements and the advertising on the EROS site and your website. Thanks for your reply re: the issues above and I hope you understand my comments above,
I know, she (PAYTON) owes me money and she is working locally in Florida right now to pay it off, she always has a story. Sorry if you were mislead and yes she is bitchy. She does great in South Beach, the european guys like her especially the French( french guys don't mind bitchy girls go figure, but don't worry about it, she is never coming back to NYC for me anyway. Call me and I'll give you a nice discount on your next apt. with a Sure thing I like to say.
After she pays me, she is off the site. She has become a liability not an asset and you know when that happens, you just have to let go.

Yes.. you have a great memory with that. I do promise we ( me and you) are going to pig out on Peter Lugars when I get into town, I am going to have to come up sooner than spring, so February is going to have be the month. I don't eat much red meat anymore but PL makes me forget that thought.
We will get a bunch of people, here on the ny board and also my girlfriends, go to the Victory bar for Mojitos, yes they have our great Miami drinks at that bar, it's hard to find bars that make them in NY, they are d'bomb and than we are off to the Garden City Hotel club that they have there that Friday eve and dance out asses off.

My only relationship with Kim is as a client. I have never met her, although we have talked on the phone plenty of times. She has always been honest with me, and this is why i have used her agency for about 2 years. Unlike some of you, I have found her girls uniformly friendly and sexy, although I cannot say I had as good a time with some as with others.
Before I found BDJ I was regularly getting ripped off by agencies in NYC. The first time I saw one of her ads I saw Paulina, now Sissy, who really turned me on. I must say I was shocked when the girl I met was the one in the picture on the website. I immediately called after the session and told Kim that she had a customer.
Those who know TER don't have the same problem as others--since joining TER I have generally avoided the ripoffs. But BDJ is a great agency, and we should be careful about generalizing in the negative from a less than stellar experience or two.
It's easy to respond to complementary threads. I'm always more impressed when I see a provider/agency react well to constructive criticism. In any service profession, it is how you respond to less than favorable situations that people remember. Negative reviews/comments can ultimately be very positive if you take steps to see that the problem is corrected.
your post means alot to me.I truly respect you also in handling the moderating of these mutltiple boards. There is alot of work here but people do have alot of fun on TER and it's a great release from the pressures of the day to read fun stuff and also the informative threads that help guys choose the date that they would be most compatible with.That's what this board is all about and I respect that it exsists for these reasons.
As you know in any business things can be hard and I try to do as much as I can, and to be there for everyone.It's a hard business but I do get alot of joy out of it when a client calls me up and says the girl her saw made his day.That makes it worth it.

I have never tried your agency because of some of the messages on the board, and plus you have a certain group of individuals that are strong supporters, which turns me off.
However, I can say, I have a new found respect for you in addressing the issues on the board so professionally and passionally. I will be calling to try out your agency for the first time. Good Luck, and I do respect your hard work, but no one is perfect.
I haven't pretty decent BDJ customer (seen over 10 ladies in past 2 yrs). For various reasons, I didn't see any for few months and there was a lot of turnover. When I read reviews, I see a lot of one shot only appointments. To me, an hour should be FULL hour.
I admit that I have limited experience with BDJ but I think there are a couple of things that should be considered. I'm not sure how anyone on TER can complain about Payton not being a GFE since her REVIEWS right here on TER point that out??? Same goes for any of the other girls that are reviewed. Seems that sometimes guys go see reviewed girls and they don't read the reviews first? Kim kind of knows me because I was insanely lucky enough to see her 2 different times back when. I recall that I called her once to see a girl and she actually talked me out it (!!) because she didn't think I would like her. Talk about being super honest! Kim does work hard from what I can tell. I've called there at 8 AM figuring that I would get the voice mail and there was Kim personally answering the phone. Above all...hey guys...we ALL know that girls can be FLAKY. Now, couple that with what these girls are doing and you can be talking super flaky. Now, a lot of girls can be super professional (like Kim) but some of these girls are kooks and some of them might be doing some extra- curricular activities that affect their behavior. So dealing with that, the phones, unhappy clients, new clients, etc., I'm sure things can get a little crazy at times. And some will disagree and maybe I shouldn't say this, but I'm blown away by how hot some of the BDJ girls are and how reasonable the rates are. Sometimes I wish I lived in Florida. Hey Kim, school's out baby!
Having used this superlative agency in the past a few times, I have been steered in the right direction by Kim. Many thanks to her for this. I hope to have a lifetime membership w/this top-notch agency. My other hope is to actually meet this mega magazine model live and in person and fulfill a dream of mine. But back to the topic at hand. I firmly believe at times, guys being guys, all believe that even if a girl has reviews that are not the best, they feel they can be the one who gets this incredible session out of the girl, if only to prove he is something special. A small token of appreciation goes a long way. Be it a bottle of wine or something as simple as a candle. Also, when I see a lady, I make sure I am polite, already freshened up and ready to go and courteous as possible. You would be surprised at how many times a girl has complained about her last client. Rude, late, offensive odor, etc. I feel these triats and qualities can get the date off to a bad start which would explain how a lady treats her client on any particular day. Both sides of the story need to be examined I feel in order to present an accurate depiction of the intricacies of the date. Again, random thoughts.
I have preety much told Kim whenever I had a problem and I think that is the correct thing to do. She has introduced me to my ATF so there is no way I can say anything bad.Since she is no longer there I hope that she can get me back in the game with some of these new ladies but I have not made the jump due to some of the reviews.
I was very clear in my original post to not lay too much blame on BDJ/Kim...I was just trying to let guys know that maybe they want to wait for a few reviews to come in before testing out some of the newbies and then being disappointed. Kim has always been straight with me...that was not the point...and, I recognize that a lot of girls are gone precisely because Kim has fired them....I guess my only suggestion is better screening process by Kim to protect quality over quantity....I like trying new girls, but I've become a bit leary about it because so many turn out to be just so-so. $$$ is still a lot for some hobbyists and who wouldn't want to have the best possible experience. Kim, if you want us to try girls before they're reviewed, we need to be able to have some confidence that the new ones are new Elanas, Andis, Sissys Chrissys, etc and not Payton, Cami....In sum, though, in terms of honesty and business dealings Kim is awesome and has always been professional with me. Thank you for taking my comments as constructive...that says a lot about you.
