I have noticed lately there have been several reviews of visiting girls on Long Island. Most of these reviews have been wildly mediocre. (Some have been good.)
I curious though, do these girls just think they can show up, and we (the hobbyist's) will be so happy we will fall all over them, because they're here. The problem is they seem to think they don't have to really do anything or provide good service, just show up. How wide spread (no pun) is this? Let me hear from you. Providers feel free (no pun) to jump in on this too.
It just goes to illustrate the importance of doing one's homework on TER and other review boards. To spend lots of $$$ on mediocrity is oh so wrong.
My guess is that many visiting providers on Long Island feel that since there aren't alot of good GFE providers (there are a few!) out here, and the LI guys will jump on anything or anyone that shows up. As a group we ought not do that.
So guys, do your homework and see those that provide the kind of good service we all want and deserve.

I reluctantly tried one visitor and it was a borderline disaster.
I agree with F as to the most likely view on the visitor provider.
There is such a dearth of even decent providers on LI that the few who show up most likely (could be wrong since I have only seen one but I hear most are mediocre at best) feel that they only have to be ok. Either that or they are really trying their best and that's the best they can do is being just average.
Unless things change, I will stick with the few good NYC gals I know and can find. I would love to see some LI Gals but other than the highly reputable NY Jewels, and a couple of indy's that aren't necessarily my taste, it's a wasteland out here.
I don't know how the ladies do it. At the end of a five day tour, they will have seen 15 to 20 clients. It has to get to be too much after awhile. But then you meet the select few who really provide a great time no matter what the count is. I'd see a visitor, I don't have a problem with that. I just make sure she is a good match for me. Well...sometimes if she is a cutie, I'll forgo the "good match" thing.
So as Fortitude said, check the reviews. You may think I'm an easy grader but I'm not. I just do my homework.

Some that I haved tried don't even live up to their reviews. Which is the true source of my frustration.

Yes, I had several wonderful days with this hottie. She asked me about traveling and since I am friends with Alyssa, whalla. No, I will not be changing my TER handle to FLA. SCOUT nor do I get any extra benefits (I make a good living, thank you).
Also, just to be fair, I introduced her to Alison at Taylor's Elite in FLA. Both of these agencies screen like the freak'n CIA and I feel that she will be as safe as a lady can be with them.
Not bad for a grasshopper, huh?
Several wonderful days with Darrien?? Oh, to have that kind of stamina. I just saw her for a brief appointment in Fla. last week and I'm still having erotic daydreams. Jammer, 1way is at no risk with his offer. This is as sure a thing as you're going to find in this business.
But when I get to FLA. she's all mine.
BTW, Are we still on for tonight? I want to give you my review in person!!
