Last week she promised things were good, and we agreed to meet on specific day, I took day off from work and I sent her a text asking her to reconfirm. If it were me, I think I would let it go beyond what you have written here. I would certainly let her go. It sucks, but there are people who are drawn to this (on both sides) whose lives are a complete mess. The key is to make sure they don't drag you into their mess.
