This is definitely a YMMV situation, totally depending on you, the lady, and the particular circumstances of the situation.  If you treat the lady right, and show some gentlemanly behavior, this shouldn't be that difficult to get at most of the incall establishments, such as Nicole Rio's, Sterling or Jillian's.
