NY Confidential Busted... Jason Runs and Hides

From todays NY Post -

"Jason Sylk Itzler, 37, disappeared from his Hoboken home after New York cops raided the Worth Street offices of his NY Confidential escort agency last Friday, law-enforcement sources."

It's about time. If any of you are on TER I am sure you have seen the tons of "One in a lifetime" reviews on each and every girl from that place. It was apparant Jason, the convicted felon was writing all the reviews as they all had the same writing style and always mentioned what a great guy he (Jason) was.

Well, what goes around comes around Jason ole boy. People like you who flood those sites with self promoting information only abuse the system. I am sure you are scared to death now, hiding under a rock from the feds as they search for you. They will soon find your butt though and violate your parole.

Welcome back to prison you moron!

Though I have no sympathy for Jason, a braggart who called too much attention to himself... I don't like the trend that's taking place. This is the 3rd upscale operation to be busted in the last 3 months. Who's next????

If you're talking about FdE/ChezBrigitte/NYCovergirls, I think they just folded up shop and went underground (which I guess, from our perspective, is the same as getting busted...).

The third was a place called Premier Dolls.

Lesser known, but very upscale.

From the looks of his track record, I am sure he will be back around once he gets out. Of course they have to catch him first. One would think he would have been smart enough to build a nest egg and escape to lands far far away...

With his arrogance, who knows though. Afterall he did brag to the press about NY Conf. and was just asking for trouble.

Still think he is an idiot....

The guy called to much attention upon himself  and his agency as well using people.I was friends with a girl who worked for him and let me tell you some of the stuff she related too me would make members here angry.I hope this isnt the start of a PURGE
of Agencies here in NYC , since we do have a Mayoral election this year. But most likely Jason self destructing.

As a relative newbie, I have to wonder about what information was raided from the offices.  Can someone expect a call from NY's finest because they were a past client of NYC???
May be more worry then humor here....

the beginnings of the NY Confidential wars here (has it really been nine months??), might find the "I'm a lawyer" quote from Jason in the Post article rather amusing. Hopefully, peace and tranquility can now return to this board. (Well, except for the occasional diversion.)

And I imagine that this post will no longer be considered apostacy or grounds for excommunication.

FWIW, I disagree that ALL of NYC's reviews were written by Jason. Upon careful reflection, I think that those reviews fall into one of three categories: a) the ones written by Jason himself; b) the ones written by others but which were bought and paid for by Jason; and c) the legitimate ones, written by others with no thought of compensation. I think that c) type reviews did exist, though they were in the minority, and I would not really hazard to guess the allocation between a) and b).

In any event, I hope that all of us (or at least most of us) can put this chapter behind us.

The third bust was Premier Dolls.
A lesser known upscale house downtown.

He probably has all his money off shore and is in a place already setting up his next venture.  Nobody ever said he was
stupid!!

Peace out.

Oh and PS:  If any of you ex NYCONF girls are reading this please give me a call.  I have some FREE time.

Well given he is currently on parole, I am sure he is in violation now. The Judge would have the descretion of sending him back to do the remainder of his sentence behind bars.

Feds will get involved with this one though. Bringing in that kind of money you have tax evasion, money laundering, etc...

"Itzler is on parole from a New Jersey prison, where he served six months of a five-year sentence for smuggling 3,869 "ecstasy" pills on a flight from Amsterdam in 2001."

Well I know I submitted a review on one of his girls and TER refused to post it. When I asked them why, they stated my review was "inconsistant" with the other reviews on the girl. I know from the writing style on the other reviews for that girl that Jason wrote them all.

At that point I suspected TER was looking out for him.

They have a habbit of disappearing. It's not that I never see them, but most seem to disappear within a few days. The standard answer from TER was that they were bogus.

with your second paragraph - and sympathize with your review rejection.

As for the origins of the reviews that there were - suffice it to say that my "careful reflection" was not idle speculation.

In any event, all of this will soon scroll from page one to page two, and then to page three, and eventually from memory - the sooner the better.

"When he first left the country, Sylk stupidly told a Customs official he was carrying $6,800 in cash. They flagged his passport number and searched him upon his return."

lol....

Time to do a lexis search on this moron

no wonder, i think its only because of drugs and all that stuff.
i think agencies who promote or support drug abuse should get busted.
they deserve it.

The NY Post, a mainstream media outlet considered reputable (by most) reported this story today, and it is now accepted as gospel truth.

The story reflects that the bust of NYC's offices occured on Friday. The first post on this board regarding the bust was at 8:43 PM (EST) on Friday. That post, and poster, were subsequently vilified by several members. But in the event . . .

So it would appear that a certain poster has been vindicated and is owed an apology by some.

Thanks, but you know that's never gonna happen!

Hopefully negative messages regarding the now defunct New York Confidential are no longer considered "hurtful" and blocked by the moderator. Back when AB was busted, Jason immediately came out here to say that his agency does not keep any records of clients and thus is safe. Anyone with even a minuscule sense of discretion would not do something like that. Besides, the argument holds as much water as his "attorney-client privilege” nonsense last summer. I posted a message back then disputing his confidentiality claims but was shut out by the moderator.

JustHere3748 reads

Regardless of what Jason said about not keeping records, records of ones presence are everywhere.

I am sure you all are aware that whenever you make a call, a record of that call is kept at Ma Bell. Despite having blocked numbers, etc., if the feds obtain a warrant for all records for a specific number, all numbers dialed and called to that number will be provided... all numbers. Usually they request for a specific period.

Call from a pay phone.. It lessens the chance of your personal information being distributed.

If being an absolute idiot/moron itself was a crime his picture would be in the dictionary.

For him to brag that he was a lawyer in the same breath as all of his other moronic statements, i.e., "attorney-client" privilege, shows that there is a place in some bull-shit law school for any moron willing to pay tuition.

Hopefully he'll be put away for 20 years for tax evasion and we won't have to deal with his moronic posts or "contests"
