I've been to every NYC museum while in town ,  but I'm wondering how's the Museum of Sex ?
Is it worth a visit?

Meh.  It's okay, but nothing special unless they're running a particular exhibition, which can be interesting.  You will learn more about human sexuality by walking a block east to Le Trapeze.  Or better yet, taking a cab to Checkmates, where there are fewer uggos.

..but a great part of town. Go to Eisenberg's and get an eggcream. Sip it in Madison Sq Park.

The actual museum is not all that exciting. But it's a cool location with a neat gift shop.....but best of all is the tourist who slowly drift into the main room.

Both the museum and lecture by a supposed former porn star were interesting, but it was what happened afterward that was most memorable...

Ahh that sounds like a great time

I went there about 5 years ago with a friend from out of town and my wife (believe it or not).  It was mildly titillating and had a lot of factoids and art projects regarding sex.  Its worth seeing once if you are a tourist.  It has a gift shop downstairs that is one step up from a XXX porn store.  You'd get more history of sex in NYC by hiring an old streetwalker or 42nd Street peep booth gal from the 70's/80's or an old burlesque girl and interviewing her/them.
