It has been suggested many times on S&P that TER should change from their unhelpful "ethnicity" scheme to a combination of "complexion" and "cultural background".  African American spans colors from light to dark. Brazilians can be light to dark. Indians ("dots, not feathers" - stolen from GaG) can be light to dark.  

A complexion chart with a checkbox or number would let you quickly find your preferred espresso date while avoiding the honeys and coconuts:

I'm more of a "honey" myself, but I think together we're a good mix, lol.
