I don't know how many of you saw my review on Yumi. We had a slight problem but it has been resolved to my satisfaction.
I commend them for their concern for customer satisfaction.

That's good that they resolved your issue, however, a lousy apptointment I had in Phoenix (see Phoenix board post on first page under my name) was not met with the same satisfaction....And, yes, I've used them several times: seen Lauren 3 times, Racquel Divine, Natalie Bach, were couple of the others booked thru them....so YMMV....
I have been in enough situations with the potential to become bad experiences (see my Rachel of Chicago in NY). Fortunately Yumi was focused more on me than the phone ringing and knocks on the door. I was able to tough it out and er maintain my "attention". This was also the first time Yumi toured with MC and I was her "welcome" to NYC.
Laurie seemed interested in feedback since she is trying to enhance the agency's business potential. I provided good feedback on Yumi (how do I explain her to my other girlfriends?)but lambasted the agency for the other events which WERE in their control. This prompted a call from Laurie, apologies and promises to make it up to me in the future. She was extremely apologetic and listened intently to my gripes. I kinda got the hots for Laurie during this 20 minute phone call (I'm gullible but not that gullible).
You are right! YMMV! All we can do is bitch in a gentleman-like fashion and hope they respond. I am sure they all realize that the success of their business is a function of our patronage. Most of us are fairly easy to please--just make us feel like the studs we think we are and that we are the only fellow the lady is seeing on a particular day.

Just my .02 I normally dont trust agencies but I have used MC a number of times . Paul and Laurie have both been straight shooters and care about thier customers. If you Visit south Florida you cant do better agency wise.
