After two weeks, it will be deleted by their staff, which makes for an "unacceptable web link".
Once the CL ad gets deleted, your review is kind of useless because TER members cannot locate the provider basic tools ... a legit website.
I might be wrong, but I think that's the reason. Some boards do no accept CL ad links.

I recently submitted a review which was rejected as "Unacceptable Web Link". I have read the review policy regarding the common reasons reviews are rejected but I did not find "Unacceptable Web Link" as a criteria. I do know and I have had a few reviews rejected for "Bad Web sites" and I am totally O.K. with that but this new reason has me baffled. The provider I tried to review is a newly listed Craigs List provider that I TOFTT. The link to her ad had all the neccessary contact info along with her name  and two pictures. Does this mean all new Craigs List providers are now subject to this new "Unacceptable Web Link" criteria? Anyone else ever had a review rejected because of an "Unacceptable Web Link"?

IMHO CL ads are not legit because of their predetermined shelf life. I've often wondered why they are ever accepted because within 30 days the links goes dead thus forcing the admins here to do legwork.
