Hotel vs Private Apartments?

What do you prefer?

I currently host in hotels. I find them a lot easier to book, safer and more comfortable. I know many ladies host in their apartments or in a private home. As a client which do you prefer and as a provider which do you prefer.

The number if discrete hotels are dwindling so I am looking at a change in venue. Thank you in advance for your response.

Both work.  Whatever you feel most comfortable with...

As a client, I prefer a private home or apartment. Generally avoid hotels. I like the consistency of experience and relationship built over time. A private apt has worked for me.

I like hosting in my space as I have control over the environment, I can light candles, play music, and make a welcoming space that I can invite people into. It feels a bit more personal and intimate to me.

i seek out independent massage providers who work out of at hotels as i like being on a bed.  But private apartments work well too.

For me it's a,question of luxury vs
Intimacy.  A nice hotel is very comfortable, safe and clean. Which is not always the case in an apt. But an apt  as Scarlett points out can be much more homey and inviting. At the end of the day they both work. I think at the higher price points and hotel is generally expected. An apt would not deter me from meeting someone.

I am happy to see someone wherever they host.  I have been to more hotels than private apartments, but I think that's because more women use hotels than apartments.

If I had to choose a preference, I would say private apartment.  It makes things more flexible.  A woman always has all her stuff at an apartment.  At a hotel there is a much higher chance of running out of towels, lube, dildo's, restraint systems, whatever.  Also, for someone you see repeatedly, the apartment becomes part of the experience.  It lends it self slightly more more to a GFE type experience.

...I've indulged in acquiring residential non-hotel accommodations here and there in the last few months and that's been great too :).

I never really felt totally comfortable in hotels, I feel like the front desk staff know your business, they know what you there to do haha, they probably thinking "why is this young beautiful girl checking in to a hotel by herself ??"  some upscale hotels have cameras in the hallways, and they see the traffic coming in to your room, or even if you only had 3 clients visit you, I still get sketched out. I don't know , it could just be me being paranoid.

that sounds nice but those apartments aren't cheap - In NYC especially Midtown East hosting in an apartment is a luxury lol no matter what it looks like it
