Why do so many providers hide behind the door when they open it?  Even if the aren’t wearing lingerie.  Is it so neighbors don’t see them?   Or is it because if the client sees them before getting in the apartment and the door closes behind them, they think the client might not like their appearance or discover a bait and switch and will bolt?

99% of the time, I answer the door in lingerie.  

Why?

1. I love lingerie.
2. I enjoy trying to hold a nice, normal, getting to know you conversation dressed like that because, in general, most men are barely able to put together coherent sentences let alone control themselves in such a setting.. and I like that. A lot :)

All that to say, as much as I love being naughty in public.. for discretion sake, I don't want to risk anyone seeing that I always answer the door in lingerie. What then will they think of their sweet, innocent, scientist neighbor?
