On another board Julie (or someone posing as her) is back and out of jail. Time will tell if she gets back in business.

There is NO good reason for anyone on this board to discuss this issue.

After reading your post, I realized that my jubilation over Julie's release got the better of me.  I agree with you and on this topic, I will say no more.

We can only hope.  There are many who claim that Julie's was not so good for the business.  I can not say that I share their view.  In any event, I am VERY happy for Julie no matter what she may choose to do with her life.

Kudos to you Julie for handling the entire matter with respect and dignity.

I was not aware that "Julie's" was a delisted agency.  Is that true?

Actually, the last time I checked, the profiles of Julie and her ladies are still there, only they don't show a website or phone number.  A delisted provider, I thought, was one whose profile is no longer in the TER database at all.

Seems odd that there are limits and censors on who can and can not be discussed in an "open" forum. Who made this rule and why? I thought this was for sharing info and talking about past events that might help educate or inform future decisions - whether delisted or deleted - seems just fine.

As far as I know, Julie's hasn't been delisted.  However, even if she had, I take the position that as long as the subject isn't specific to the available girls or their performance, it's fair game to be discussed.

I REALLY don't like to censor on an open board, and while I will ALWAYS follow TER guidelines, I usually take a liberal interpretation of them.
