They'll assume you're cheap. So I suggest you just look for girls at the price point you're comfortable with and leave it at that.
Of course, if you're a P411 member, you can check girls' listings to see which ones offer a discount to members. A fair number do. That's a safe way to get a discount.

Some do, based on the time of year, or for whatever reason, but the lady determines her worth.
