What days/times do you usually book a session? When it strikes you or is it planned?

Generally I plan it. Ideally it would be when it strikes me but with good providers it's easier to get a planned apt

More likely during the week, early to mid evening preferred.  But not always...

Monday and Tuesday are preferred days, while late afternoons generally work well. A few of my ATFs say Thur/Fri are their best days.

I book strictly in the middle of the day, generally around lunch hours. I usually can't schedule more than a day in advance.

Work comes first and my boss or clients don't usually give me long lead times when they want to setup a meeting
