Go to the Friends in Boston site, then do a search on any of the ladies listed there. They're a class act, top to bottom. I would assume Friends in NY is just as good.
For me, arrive on time, when I do incalls I am on a schedule, even though I leave 30-60 mins between appts this is time for me to freshen-up ,shower, change linens and outfits.
