If you say "please call" we will call. If you say "email only" we will use email only. When you make claims stating that EITHER of these forms of communication are acceptable guess which form will be used more frequently? If you appear to be a difficult contact guess what; i'm going elsewhere and I have.

Now, i promised Apollo I would be nice(wait-a-minute no i didn't lol), so I could have really laid into a few culprits of this issue, but i chose to be pleasant. God i hate being pleasant!

Lets make this business easy, enjoyable and profitable for everyone.

Email seems to work well for me and I like to set up a time for a phone call. I do like to be answered in timely fashion. If I have a return communication within 12 hours, it usually works out good for me.

Trying not to schedule for an hour or two down the road is not always advisable and I rarely do that. I understand that providers do have lives, but they need to run a business at the same time.

Nothin' worse, that trying to get ahold, of a provider and can't.  Our time is valuable, too.

Providers should have easy to navigate, accurate, consistent web pages.

Men should read them, not just oogle the pics.

There'd be less squabbles that way.
