I'm not in Secaucus but I know Football has to be taking over the town . Please stay safe there , business suck there to right now lol. Has to be the football thing ?.??.? Or am I missing something?
Dunno why business is down now there. Giants game is going to be huge this Sunday as it is Cowboys vs Giants which are always huge matchups - big crowds, lots of traffic in the area. I would thing that is a good thing isn't it?
Also, Superbowl is at the Meadowlands at the end of January. This is going to be a big deal so a lot of out of towners will be coming in, renting out all the hotels in the area. Better be prepared for that!

heard on radio , for superbowl, NO TAILGATING , due to half the parking area being used for security detail and media... area looks like crap imo, garbage everywhere along the roads....
I actually think secaucus would be the last place you'd want to stay a round superbowl time. The traffic will be hellish all weekend long. Virtually impossible to get around close to the stadium. So, unless you happen to be staying in the same hotel as your date, or willing to schedule in the "way off" hours, I think it will be a tough time for everyone. Now, of course there are plenty of other areas within 30 minutes of Secaucus that should be just fine.
