1) Read as much as you can on the FAQs for newbies board here on TER.
2) Only see well reviewed, recently reviewed and often reviewed ladies.
3) Read their reviews and their websites/ads in full before contacting them.
4) Follow the ladies instructions on how to contact them to the letter.
5) You will have to pass the ladies screening to see them. Dont argue with them. If you feel they ask too much or charge too much, look for another lady.
6) In your initial email, tell them you are new as some ladies do not see new guys but many will. Be polite and professional and offer them several days and times that work for you and hopefully they will have your desired time slot available.  
7) Avoid asking anything personal. Keep the conversation to topics they list on their website or social media.
