Headed to Mystic! Never been....any suggestions?
I'm visiting Mystic CT for the first time. Would love to take a little time off and see the sites..what's fun/interesting?
Stay in the motor lodge section of the Mystic Inn. It may not sound all that exciting but it is the best place to stay in town... and host for that matter! Large whirlpool tub and fireplace in every room!
Other notables..
1. The aquarium
2. Seamens Inn restaurant.. ok boys hold back the jokes.. I think you still need appropriate dress
3. Mystic Pizza
4. Casino... duh
Wow, who knew! Just the name "motor lodge" has always made me think "motel"...an icky word! All great advice, thanks! Now all I need is someone to host...smiles. xoxox
this weekend is the old wooden boat show all weekend long there are some wonderful boats there
