Question

Stamford or Bridgeport?

I have heard that there is not much in Bridgeport, can someone shed some light?

I am doing a new England tour and I am uncertain as to which town is best.. thank you in advance!

Bridgeport is a bad area. Run down. Crappy. Stamford is upscale. (e)

Agreed: Bridgeport is marginally safer than Bagdad...

......Stamford and nearby GREENWICH are superior choices in all respects

I've never considered Bridgeport but I do like Stamford/Greenwich....

.....New Haven and Hartford are decent too.
