Wish more men would love me so I can visit LOL
I have met the friendliest people here. But, what's up with the food? I've gone to 3 different restaurants and omg YUCK. I might have to barter with a local to get a decent meal tonight lol
Hey girl have no fear, (or hunger!) its 'Harvest on the Harbor' this week.... an annual foodie event, affordable and lots of different tastings are offered. Google it and theres a link to buy tickets. I believe it starts today and ends on friday. Now you just gotta barter with a local to take you! If I was home this week I'd take ya
Now any advice for Me and my starving girls sick of hotel food here in northern Mass? LOL
Feel free to shoot me a message/call, I can recommend some great happy hour joints in town!

Portland is a Foodie destination city. You'll absolutely find some of the best food you've ever tasted in your life here. Avoid the chain restaurants because they suck as do the hotel restaurants for the most part. Get down town and hit Commercial St. Try J's Oyster, then go to Boone's for oysters and happy hour. After walk up to Munjoy hill and go to the Corner room. If you still aren't filled up go back down Congress to Boda Thai, Pen Miyaki, Petite Jaqueline, or LFK all close to each other situated at Longfellow Square. If you like live music with your food try Blue on Congress near 555 and Nosh a burger haven!
Enjoy and eat happy!
