Yes you can...eom
I only recently got back into the hobby after many years and I have seen the same provider on multiple occasions over the past month. I submitted one review after the first time seeing her but feel like the subsequent visits have been even better and I'd like to give a new review.
... from the TER Guidelines for Submitting Reviews that show up every time you prepare a review:
'You may also submit an update on a provider that you have already reviewed. We will replace your old review, but you won’t be credited for an additional 15 days. Your new review must be a complete rewrite that adds something new to the experience in order for it to replace the old one.' So yes, you can submit a second review if it is a complete rewrite and adds something new. Someone also suggested recently that TER prefers at least a year to have passed, though the guideline doesn't say that.Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
