With all that's been happening lately it would be good to remember safety and screening is so so important
So please people let's keep this in mind when receiving auto-replies and the like. Now is not a good time for cutting corners  or as the previous post is wondering about the TGTBT why take the chance?
IMHO the more steps of screening you answer the least likely you are to be ignored or have safety problems.
I would think some may be even more cautious then usual and nobody wants to be emailing back and forth with uncle LEO.

I've not heard of an unusually large number of busts lately.  Something else going on we of which we should be aware?

No.
"it appears the FBSM landscape in Minneapolis is changing in a big way..."
That and the well known review/ad site being taken over by the FBI
Nothing specifically right here accept the law changes to massage. So no link.
There is the talk of a nation wide crackdown of trafficking,
Which always leads to the chance of adults getting caught in the crosshairs. I'm only talking caution, safety and not taking any risks or cutting screening corners. I'm not suggestion panic. My OP was not meant to be cryptic, nor was meant to entice argument.

It's a big deal to the people out there, but I don't think most people in MN are likely to be affected by it.

Mpls is requiring ALL massage and bodyworks establishments to be licensed.  Might seem superficial on its face, but check out the licensing and background requirements, and then keep in mind it is some bureaucrat making a decision.  And...  we all know this is just the START of them cracking down. They can make it VERY difficult.  CMTs, health inspections, require plumbing, etc. They just want to control EVERY aspect of our lives.   Don't get me wring... I am ALL for prosecuting to the fullest extent anyone involved in trafficking or using under aged people or anyone forcing someone into prostitution.  But as for consenting adults....  I want the govt OUT of my life!

11 is great, and so is TER!  I hope all Providers offer it to all the gents that are indeed gents and also that all clients feel comfortable asking for the white list!  It is fast, efficient, discreet, respectful and respecting of everyone's time and safety and that is so sexy.

I've been spending a lot of time following this newly popular TER regional board. They might just have the potential for unseating the Minnesota board as the most fun board to visit and the most engaging. Let's not let that happen!! SFO & MSP would make very sexy & complementary sister cities, I do believe.

Like I've said before, all this does is push whatever they're trying to prevent from happening further underground & financially hurt the legitimate massage therapists because they generally earn less than a FBSM provider annually so, paying extra fees per year on top of other expenses is not always feasible.
Furthermore, they still haven't bothered to change some of the language in massage & body work i;e having it listed as a "sexually oriented practice" and still allowing white tantra ( spiritual/religious tantra- no unclothed touching etc.) as a legitimate and taxable practice in some ordinances does not help either . After reading through it last year it seems to me that whole thing is based off of ignorance about where the human trafficking is actually occurring and being able to tell the difference within the multifaceted spectrum of massage & bodywork so one knows where they'd best fit....
The more practical & profitable for the city solution would of been to legalize and regulate it from there .- V.

I asked a provider to white list me and she didn't follow through. Not cool IMO. I guess I cross her off my return list. What else can I do?

I would enjoy seeing Godzilla and yourself ruin another discussion board.

However, perhaps San Francisco's police force needs a couple of new old pros for their vice squad.

You guys could roam the streets of San Francisco imparting all of your collective wisdom among the less-enlightened sex workers within the city

I would also only give a man a WL referral after three GOOD visits. It's too easy to behave during one visit. I need to see consistency.

It seems some ladies are way too loose in giving a referral. I can't count how many times I've further researched a guy who's been white listed (posting/review history's, BL reports, etc.) & they looked more like total jerks! Makes me wonder about the provider as well. Is she bartering? Just doesn't care about the well being of other ladies?

I just experienced the effect of the new laws. I had seen a massage provider in June for whom I posted a review for recently. She is in a nice building in the North Loop. She took her top off right away and then allowed me to take her panties off and do some touching below the belt. I just had my second visit this morning and she kept her bra and panties on. When I asked, she said its the new law and their manager said they would get fired if they did. But she still did the HJ as before because she said "I know that is what you are paying for and I'll take the risk. The first time I also massaged her, this time she didn't offer. I wonder if other massage providers are changing what they provide. She said she knows providers who were fired.

I also forgot to mention when I saw this provider in June, there was kissing. Today, not even close to a kiss
