I dial a number and ask a simple ? that will or won't enable me to continue or not. DO YOU BOOK ON THE HOUR, we don't, we won't, and then they did. The provider completely freaked when she found out they did, because they assured her that they would not do this to her.THE POINT, Be honest with me in the first place and this appointment NEVER happens.....Wait, maybe thats the point, we will say anything to get the business!!!!! I am taking one for the team here with this so-called service, with the hopes that they won't be so brazen as to do this again to somebody else up in OUR Twin Cities.
Peaches I agree with your though on Agencies NOT booking on the hour. More agencies should conduct business like Taylor's.
It is aparent Peachs it is you who does not understand! It seems you where blasted in the previous listing and decided not to respond to all whom had disagreed with you! As we have mentioned the models are in the business to make money. They deserve to make money for the work which the do. It seems that your critera is that the models should keep an hour before and an hour after an appointment free to satify you!
If you did not know, there is a thing called cancellations and no shows.
We do try to schedule our models at least a half hour apart. Our models do start at 10:00 am and work usually until 11:00 pm or 12:00 am at times which is there last appointment. If there is 14 hours in a day do you actually believe the models work the 14 hours strait back to back, they are human.
It is none of your business regarding the other clients a model has arranged to meet with. Your only concern should be you are treated special. There are times when a client will request a specific time and only this specific time will fit into his busy schedule. As long as each and every client is treated special and receives the full attention he deserves and which he had paid for should only be the concern.
This is what reviews are for, if a models does not supply excellent service she of course will receive a bad review. Window of Elegance's report card of our models are excellent, which means there have been many happy and satified clients. We have had very few models since we have been in business whom do not have excellant reviews. We do not hire models which we believe will not provide quality service. We are very particular regarding whom we employ.
This busines is like any other business, the goal is customer service and satisfaction! You are the only one we have ever heard of which is more concerned about the before and after rather the the how you are treated and how your time is spent!
It is his business how you set appointments if you set them so the lady has to leave before his hour is up. If he schedules and hour from 1 to 2 and then the next guy gets 2 to 3, where is the travel time and how about a shower?
