Where have you gone or always wanted to travel to , and what would have brought you there ?

I recently return from a 6 week hiatus to different parts of Asia,
And I'm so proud of myself for every cliff / flight of stairs climbed and every dude I followed through dark alley ways to sketchy shops and unknown places explored.

From The hilarious terrible Gucci knock offs that included a new York Yankees sign on the sides of the sun glasses , to giant swings that over looked beautiful rice terraces and the sea.

It was such a humbling experience to see smaller villages and worlds of developing countries. They have so little yet give so much , I absolutely loved my time away ❤️
If it  werent for my my loved ones & my favorite friends/clients  I don't think I'd be so grounded to mpls?

(Will possibly post photos on my Twitter soon)

Ever since I've come home i feel like I don't even belong in America , and I'm already feeling this wanderlust to leave home and travel to the next country 🥰 but the problem is getting Home sick so soon traveling alone 😔

( .... So where are we going  Next? 😚)

I visited Japan last November and had a wonderful time. It's probably the safest place for solo travelers. I dedicated 1 full day to walk around Osaka with no itinerary. Enjoyed feeling lost, trying to communicate with locals, and going with the flow.

Observations: Japaneses people don't talk on the subways; line up in the order they arrive; leave their personal belongings on the table while using the restroom; don't use a bike lock; never litter; mind their own business; take fashion seriously; don't like rowdy tourists

Luckily, there is a direct Delta flight from MSP to Tokyo. Highly recommend Japan for fellow introverts.

Getting lost and exploring?? I'm inspired with your feedback on Japan 🥰

I haven't gone yet but it's always been huge on my bucket list and the more research I do on the travel the more impressed I am with Japan. They're one of the cleanest places on earth ! And so well kept

I was there for 10 days and it was lovely. I posted about on Twitter, so if you don't mind scrolling down past the last 7 days you'll see all the adventures I got up to.

That and Sayulita, Mexico have been my all time favorite places to go, so far!

I b really love both Budapest and Prague.

I forgot i heard alot of great things about the city and structures in Prague so im glad u mentioned it , I can't wait to go there someday hopefully soon

Would you happen to remember off hand any recommended tours or stops ?

The Taste of Prague walking tour;  Assaggio Vineria wine bar; the Sex museum to name a few

… on vacations and a lot of business trips. In general I like to vacation at idyllic beach locations vs big cities. One place I want to visit is Thailand; my ATF provider and ATF massage therapist both rave about it. Belize is another place I’d like to check out.

A simply beautiful island with a wide variety of landscapes.  The east side is extraordinarily rainy and filled with lush forests.  The west is very dry and much is covered in dried lava from old eruptions.  Most of the time, you can safely see actively erupting volcanoes.  Mauna Kea is actually the world's tallest mountain as measured from its base to its peak.  Because of all the effects the volcanoes have on weather and geography, the island has 8 distinct climate zones.  It's a fascinating place to visit.

I'm gonna have to visit Hawaii some Minnesota winter.
.
Did a winter visit many years ago to Zihuatanejo but wouldn't travel to Mexico these days.  So Hawaii next time.

I love it, been there several times but always on the west side. Lots of lava!  Last time was late February 2020, just before the first Lockdown.  Been to Oahu, Maui and Kauai also. Maybe I’ll go back someday… on my way to Thailand. 😊

Several years ago I took a cruise to Antarctica. It was amazing and I still feel the calling to return. The water is crystal clear and the snow peaks are incredible. Crossing the Drake passage was amazing and seeing huge tabular icebergs were awe inspiring. It’s off the beaten path and you truly feel in the middle of nowhere. But it was a great trip. 😊
