I saw a massage provider who was lovely in every way, except for something off with her breath, possibly  dental in nature, possibly a hamburger a little before I saw her or something.

If it is dental, I suspect I'm not the only one who has noticed. Not sure what the best approach is, email her directly, anonomously or what. If she's unaware, she'd benefit from being told even though it might be a little jolt to the self confidence.

Ladies and Guys, have you dealt with this before, what's a good approach all things considered? I could just see her again and hope for the best, but if it's dental it'll likley still be an issue.

Other than asking them to gargle with mouthwash, not much can be done.

By the way, you can gargle with (dilute) bleach.  It's true.  See link.

Dilute bleach as a mouthwash is one of the strongest odor killers available.  That's because it kills the little bacterial varmints causing the odor.

Dilute, dilute, dilute.  Do not use undiluted bleach.   Public safety warning for those with IQ's below 35.

That would do the trick in the moment, Whatever you're suggesting somebody gargle with it inserts a pause to deliver the bad news and then hoping the rest of your time together goes well.

I was wondering about the next time. This was the only negative about the session.
I was hoping a lady here could advise how to handle it tactfully.
Maybe the answer is take a chance that it was a one time occurrence and give it another try

budussy?

Perhaps if she got her grill fixed and you cleaned your dentures the chemistry and aroma would improve.  It reminds me of Trinity's previous posts bitching about skid stains.  Ya know hy-genes sometimes miss certain generations...

I always smell of fresh beer and stale tobacco so my partner's strongest Chanel #whatever is lost on me.

How I handle bad breath...don't let it bring me down

If you smell it, then get up and say something like"Oh I am going to grab a mint just to be sure my breathe is fresh, you want one?"

She may be a tad embarrassed but will appreciate you letting her know. I'm sure she didn't knowingly proceed a visit with you with bad breath.

Do you really think she'd "appreciate" being told this?

I agree about not knowingly before the visit but come on, this (providing) isn't real life. There'd probably be some drama and his subsequent session would probably be ruined if she took any offense.

Would she really have enough thick skin to handle the truth? Look at many of the women on this board...

Would you really want additional sessions with someone who has bad breath?  I don't see the blowback risk in saying something.  Of course most of us don't like to cause offense.  But in reality it might save her future business if she is alerted to do something about it.  So for her, even if it pisses her off hearing it, it could do her good

in not giving a rats ass anymore.  Halitosis?  Vaginosis?

Try dick cheese and as Trinity has expounded on a few times previously...skid stains?  Bad breath sounds lovely, I'll take a second helping.

Any provider that has seen me knows I always smell of beer, stale cigs, and sometimes other fragrant herbs.  So what?  When I date someone I pretend to care.  When I "date" someone you get all (3") of me, shat breath and all.  Next topic please...

I already said I liked the advice where the guy gets a breath mint and then offers her one. That way IMO is better than telling her.
