Just saw Suzanne, Very energetic lady.  I am not much of a enhanced guy so the rack wasn't my cup of tea except for the awesome nipples. Very few rules or limiations.

PM me for further details if you like.

'Godfather

There semes to be a problem here. The self appointed 'Godfather seems to be able to post as he pleases. If second reviews are not allowed here perhaps his comments should reserved for reviews only. If I am unable to provide an excellant review on a provider I have not seen in over a year this is BULLSHIT.

PS - MDL usually follows up with a full review. This is helpful to guys thinking about seeing traveling ladies as it gives us timely information. Keep it up MDL (oh, that one too)

I really don't understand your position.  Neither your comments on Tuzdae or MDL's on Suzanne provided anything more than an overall evaluation of the provider's service.  It doesn't begin to approach the level of detail of a review.  It's also a particularly useful way to quickly get out information on a traveling lady who may well be gone by the time a full review is published.  Furthermore, you can, subject to the usual TER rules on reviews, publish a second review on a provider.  It's just that your first review will be removed.  I specifically asked TER about this one time and that's the response I got.  Yes, MDL can come on pretty strong sometimes and I don't agree with everything he says but I don't understand why some people have such strong negative reactions to him.  He's been very active about providing information about his experiences and viewpoints in the hobby both via reviews and postings and isn't that what TER is for?

I'm doing my best to apply the rules even-handedly.  One or two-line reports can be helpful and informative; in my mind, they don't rise to the level of full scale reviews.  For example, MDL, while telling us there are "few restrictions," hasn't really told us too much; he's basically said we won't be wasting our money by visiting her, and that's valuable info. This type of info is particularly useful when a provider is new to this area.  But we'd have to read a full review to know whether she's offering, for example, BBBJ, BBBJCIM, or BBBJCIMNQNS.

Your comment on Tuezdae provided similar information: she's "good value;" she offers a great experience -- but it doesn't give us the details that a review contains.

I could easily draw bold-faced lines here and say, "Absolutely no comments on providers on the board -- keep it in the reviews."  But that would deprive us all of useful, newsy information.  I don't want to do that.  On the other hand, if I don't limit the information on the board, then it displaces the reviews, and that's a disservice to people who look to the reviews for info.  So it's a balancing act -- between allowing enough information on the board to be useful and yet holding back enough info so that reviews are preserved as the place to find out about providers.  In any balancing act, there are going to be costs and benefits.

Sorry if you feel you didn't get a chance to blow your trumpet for Tuezdae -- personally, I think you did, and given the fact that she's a well-known, highly regarded provider, I don't know that you needed to say more.  MDL took a risk in being one of the first to see Suzanne and gave us the benefit of his reaction; that's what it is -- a reaction -- and given his record of writing reviews, I'm sure we'll see a full accounting shortly.

Finally -- let's try to keep our discussions of these things civil, okay?

Turkana:

Great response . Perhaps some good advice would be to read the threads of the past.

You would then get a feeling about what is acceptable.

MDL:

Thank you for the posted information on Suzanne. Also, thank you for the further information on Suzanne that you provided by PM.

This board is fantastic for this type of information.

I absolutely agree with Turkana....Guys, MDL's comments were enough to create interest. Because of his info. I always go to the VIP section of TER to read any reviews.

I wish the reviews written by hobbyists could be posted in minutes, particularly if a lady is still in town, but, hey quality is better than swiftness.

Again good job to both MDL and Turkana!!!! Long Live TER

Anderzone...

A while back, a group of us strted posting "pointman" reports because with traveling providers, the super-high-value unexpected gem is already on the airplane to another city by the time a review gets posted.  So the question was posed to the group back then, that "while these reviews don't technically follow the TER posting guidelines, do they provide a valuable service that people want."  The answer back then was a resounding yes, so they've continued.

They started out being just for unreviewed travelers.  I admit they've kind of grown to include locals, and other well-reviewed travelers, but I think if you ask around you'll find that most would like these to continue.

I think the key is to follow the "intent" of the rules, not just the letter of the rules...  And by anyone's measure, enhancing the hobbyist's ability to get info that promotes more and safer hobbying is the intent of TER.  It's the whole reason for TER's being, and as such, rules will (and should) tend to be bent in favor of the underlying goal, not against it.

Well said Omega.  The heads-up is a benifit to provider and hobbyist alike.
