2.  Hobbyists need pointers to find the new gems in our area.
3.  Some hobbyists do not review--a shill them a chance to share at least some of their knowledge. .
4.  Over the last couple years, the percent of providers on this discussion board has steadily fallen because of perceived cruelty. Random acts of kindness are always appreciated and might help welcome them back.
