Report of a major bust from Massachusetts and Virginia

Link from the Boston board below.  The Feds were involved so there's a very interesting writeup on the Justice.gov website.  I can't post the link because it lists names but here is most of the text.

"According to the charging documents, from at least July 2020, the defendants operated an interstate prostitution network with multiple brothels in Cambridge and Watertown, Mass., as well as in Fairfax and Tysons, Va.

It is alleged that the defendants collectively established the infrastructure for brothels in multiple states which they used to persuade, induce and entice women – primarily Asian women – to travel to Massachusetts and Virginia to engage in prostitution.

Specifically, the defendants allegedly rented high-end apartment complexes as brothel locations, which they furnished and regularly maintained. The monthly rent for the brothel locations were as high as $3,664. It is further alleged that the defendants coordinated the women’s airline travel and transportation and permitted women to stay overnight in the brothel locations so they did not have to find lodging elsewhere, therefore enticing women to participate in their prostitution network.

The defendants allegedly advertised their prostitution network primarily on two websites – bostontopten10.com and browneyesgirlsva.blog – which offered appointments with women in either greater Boston or eastern Virginia, respectively. Both websites purported to advertise nude Asian models for professional photography at upscale studios as a front for prostitution offered through appointments with women listed on their websites. The websites listed the height, weight and bust size of women available for appointments and depicted nude and/or semi-nude photographs of each. The women listed as available on the websites updated frequently, with updates to include “coming soon” or “open” to reflect an impending arrival of new women arriving in the area.

Each website allegedly described a verification process that interested sex buyers undertook to be eligible for appointment bookings– including requiring clients complete a form providing their full names, email address, phone number, employer and reference if they had one.

It is further alleged that the defendants maintained local brothel phone numbers which they used to communicate with verified customers and schedule appointments via text message. In these text message exchanges, the defendants allegedly sent customers a “menu” of available options at the brothel, including the women and sexual services available and the hourly rate. Additionally, the defendants allegedly texted customers directions to the brothel’s location – a high-end apartments – where they engaged in commercial sex with the women.

According to the charging documents, the defendants charged sex buyers a premium price for appointments with the women advertised on their websites, which ranged from approximately $350 to upwards of $600 per hour depending on the services and were paid in cash. The defendants allegedly concealed the proceeds of the prostitution network through depositing hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash proceeds into their personal bank accounts and peer-to-peer transfers. Additionally, it is alleged that the defendants regularly used hundreds of thousands of dollars of the cash proceeds from the prostitution business to purchase money orders (in values under an amount that would trigger reporting and identification requirements) to conceal the source of the funds. These money orders were then used to pay for rent and utilities at brothel locations in Massachusetts and Virginia.

Over the course of the investigation, a wide array of buyers were identified, including, but not limited to, politicians, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, lawyers, scientists and  accountants.

The investigation into the involvement of sex buyers is active and ongoing."

Asian agencies don't last. If you've been on this forum long enough, you'll know that Asian agencies are busted every so often. Before this sting, there was another high-profile Korean brothel bust in Boston years ago. Similar setup and same public reaction.
.
Major busts don't happen often because it takes considerable time and resources to build up a case. In between investigations, Asian agencies grow, attract new Johns, and expand.

Yep... and the one out in Washington State that happened a few years ago.

it is when the Asian Agency in MN went away.    The Short But Stunning days.

If anyone gets caught up in anything like this as a client.   REMEMBER... Keep your mouth shut.

They have no actual proof that anything sexual happened.   Even if they text a menu.  As long as you dont respond by saying anything sexual you are fine.   IE:   I will take BB option with anal.    Get it.

Yes they will make your life hell and try to get you.  But unless they have video, written, texts.... explicitly saying sexual acts for $ and you AGREE to it.   They will have a hard time proving if money exchanged was for sex or a sex act.    For all they know is you were there for cuddling, massage, to talk, to rescue them, to talk to them about joining the Jehovah witness church.

Yes they will get some people on this because people get too explicit with texting and also will cave.

But they are listing the "big guys" to strike fear into everyone.

Be safe and smart.

If I was running a service like this, I'd put all the politician's that I hate in my list of clients (whether they were clients or not.)  Then if I ever got busted, all these politicians would be falsely accused, haha.
.
But seriously, that's a reason why such records are unreliable.  Who knows how the names got there.

HA HA... exactly.

100% correct and why those cases are so hard to get clients.   They can publish the list to embarrass people at the most.

I mean look at Heidi Fleiss.... she had HUGE clients... and they didn't get pinched.

So just everyone be safe and smart.

Seems like a criminal indictment only increases a politician's popularity.

I read an interesting article from the Rolling Stone website. It was implied that the Department of Justice might've gotten involved due to the proximity to Federal Agencies and Executives.  Some High Profile Johns could've been blackmailed or compromised after disclosing their Personal Identities. A lot of K-Girl providers aren't US Citizens. Heck, some are North Koreans who escaped to China and then the US. It became a national security risk and the DOJ had to get involved.
.
Typically, the local PDs can close down an operation. This bust was very detailed and had a lot of funds involved.

....throws $3-$5K at an adequate or better defense attorney and walks away from without harm from our judicial system.  That worked out great but unfortunately  your name was publicized, your boss is fucking ecstatic because his company employs a perverted sex monger and your wife's lawyers only needed piece of evidence is the Sunday edition of the Star Tribune listing you as a potential client to an alleged sex trafficking/prostitution ring.

Don't ya just love all that PII you've coughed up now??

Oh correct....

If your name gets public and what not.  There could or will be ramifications and consequences.  Just like anything.   This could be if you are caught in an AMP sting, seeing any professional escort and get "caught" and what not.

It is the risk of this adventure we all partake in.

But like I stated... nothing criminal will come of it if you KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

This is why they make things "public" and what not.   They know that the case is hard to prove that actually sex was exchanged for money.  UNLESS it is in writing asking for things, on camera, on audio recording, etc.

Why do you think that most stings and what not they ask Johns to bring certain items with them when they show up.   IE: condoms, alcohol, drugs, etc.   It shows that you were the person reading those text messages.  It helps cement that case.

Also this should be a huge WARNING to anyone.  Especially if things get graphic in text messages to maybe not get graphic or let things get graphic.   It can all be used against you in court.   What I mean this is even a warning to Providers.... be careful what you text.  Even a client you have known for years.... if things go sideways... there is evidence.

Stay safe everyone.

Yes, remaining silent is definitely the right option.  But that doesn't mean LE can't cause chaos in people's lives, particularly with the PII the clients gave up.

Have y'all seen the news clips from Boston? It's quite intriguing how prominently the P411 banner is displayed in the clips.  This lends one to believe that their IRL info is also tied in with their P411 client ID.

And according to the news, around 20+ clients have been cooperating. So let's "keep it a buck" the reason clients are walking out of interviews and is because they're basically trading (cooperating) their freedom for their credentials. Then references to P411 (and not-so-subtly, TER) as the dark web? That part - laughable. But it's no secret that P411 has been compromised in the past and has cooperated with LE. But now? Yeah, they're definitely not as secure.
