Have posted a review but I thought it would be a public service to post an alert here on my latest rather unsuccesful pussy hunt.
To make a short story long:
I had called Tiffany (The Playhouse -ad on tcuncovered.com)and made an appt for Christian based on reading her fairly decent reviews and based on lower price. Due possibly to cell phone troubles on my end and possibly to scheduling snafus on her end, my appt got delayed an hour and then when calling back to get room number all I got was voice mail but mailbox was full. Therefore I had to go with plan b, c, and finally d, after all my preferred alternatives could not be reached on short notice. I am not holding anything against Tiffany since this could have been my fault.
Plan d was a visiting Brazilian lady named Julia whose school girl looks on her ad (EROS) just make you melt. Link below. Called and was able to meet up within 1/2 hr at downtown hotel. Was met at the door by a young attractive latin girl who was definitely not the lady in the ad. Not even close. I mentioned this to her and got the usual bs - "well I use to dye my hair darker". Normally I would have bailed out immediately (sometimes you just can't help but take a risk) Since I found her attractive and she seemed friendly enough I went ahead with the session. Big mistake - was rushed and mechanical. Decent cbj but would not stop when asked to prevent popping too soon. Not worth the $$$. Although good looking and nice figure, I left feeling as satisfied as though I had picked up a hooker on the street for a 5 min blowjob in the back seat. There are ads for others with same phone number - 917 213-8471 (Natalie) Here's the real interesting part - the girl I saw has an ad under the name Natalia with phone number 305 725-5442. The lady I saw said she thought she was the only one from the agency in Mpls at the time.
My conclusion is that this is an unscrupulous agency that is running several ads but may have only one of the girls actually available. You may or may not get the girl you see. Most likely the service may turn out the same way - although they are probably technically FS and not a total rip-off.

My experience in my early days and on whims were fairly typical of what you suggest. Hopefully, a bit wiser, I stay away from the 20 somethings and all of their "girl next door" looks and fake promises. Unfortunately, women from most agency setups who are under 25 and boast about being "total GFE" are usually not even close, but charge top dollar. What you often get is someone altogether different and there's your $$$+ that might be better used by throwing it out street in the homeless district or sending to your charity of choice.
