Although not really known as a steak house, W.A. Frost in St. Paul has a wonderful chef and very creative menu. The wine list is award winning and full of unexpected and unique vintages. Dining on their patio is a lovely way to spend a summer evening

On many family vacations back east have we stopped at Ruths' Chris and really enjoyed them. The combo of their Tavels with a good Porterhouse is just can't be avoided.

For all of the suggestions, def plan to at least try Manny's
