Thoughts about alternative hair color-

Being a hairstylist I've played around a lot with color- getting most of it out of my system when I was younger-

I'm not sure why but lately I've been contemplating doing something drastic- like a bright 'sky blue or pink N purple mix.

I figure it might be fun, but the problem with us blondes is-depending on hair health- some colors might stick around longer than desired,
again I'm more than capable of refreshing it & keeping it bright, but going back to blonde would be added stress to it.

I know this is kind of a girlie question....but I got to thinking about a guy friend who told me he had a major thing for girls with blue hair, he couldn't figure it out but it really turned him on...

So in the spirit of fun, sexXy talk & specific turn on's- I would love to hear some thoughts.
Thanks ;) & happy Saturday night :)

Imho I think with your skin coloring the color you have now is the right choice. Although variety is the spice of life.

Oh you silly women you!  No matter what you do we will find you desirable!

A good friend of mine refers to what you lovely creatures do to entice us in and he calls it deception at it's finest.  The artistry, the camouflage, and the misdirection all laid on just so we men get sucked in and succumb!

If you are into older men I find a lot that I know are intrigued by a two tone look.  Not saying that's gospel, just what I have observed.

This reminds me of one of the greatest comic strips of all time.  See the link below (don't mouse over it as it will block the image)

I think some subtle streaks of pink would like very nice in that blond hair. Save the blue for when you're in you 80's.

be getting ready for some sort of change in your life, and a great way to initiate or symbolize it is with a drastic change in some aspect of appearance.  so my opinion would be go with the inner flow--something wants expressing.  and let me see what you decide?  ;)

I love your hair and it is part of your brand. Curly blonde hair is the sexiest hair style and yours is perfect. In fact, I'd say that you are one of the sexiest providers and don't need to change a thing.

Brightly colored hair will just scream "look at me" and that may not be compatible with your chosen profession. I frequently venture into public with my favorite ladies and together we draw enough what is she doing with him type of attention. Do you really want to draw any additional attention?

Your long blonde curls are your sexXy signature. A highlight or two might be fun but you are too gorgeous to make any drastic change IMO.

I loved thinking about this and I guess the professor has me convinced-totally right about unwanted attention,
Though I sometimes already feel my hair style is easy enough to spot already-

wild colors could be too much....
I'm thinking the solution will be a couple of streaks that I can easily pin or tuck out of sight if needed.

Thanks so much for helping me with my decision you guys are so much fun ;) ;)
Have a great Sunday

I suppose it depends on the type of person you want to attract. I personally look at people with unnatural colored hair and wonder to myself 'what they were thinking' , but to each their own! I'm sure your decision will play it self out and prove to you the correctness of it. We all live with our own decisions, regardless of what others think!

From one natural blonde to you, I've been told the same thing about how dyes might want to naturally migrate and stay in our strands. This has deterred me from ever doing anything drastic--although I've wanted to!

My advice is..buy a wig. Don't ruin those beautiful locks. Peace

I don't like the look where someone completely changes their hair color to something non-natural but throwing a few highlights or strand of different colors can look very nice.

runway and I'll find time to land! :-)

When we are done you can shave it off or leave it, only a few would know!

Like boob jobs or what a person wears, DON"T do it for anyone BUT if YOU want to do it, then do it and you should not have to worry about how long it takes before you change it!

The nice thing about the hobby is we can see and do things with different people and try new things....blue hair is just another sexy new thing to me!

I love a woman who looks conservative on the outside, but who I know is a little naughty on the inside (ok, more then a little). In my opinion, your curly blonde natural look is alluring perfection.

I am going to speak for myself- I absolutely love to go with non natural bright hair colors. I have since I was young, but I also love to have short hair, but I don't while I'm in the business because guys love long hair. So, I, personally, would never dye my hair pink or blue because I would be afraid that it would be a turn off to some guys. If you are really feeling like doing something creative, maybe do some highlights and keep most of you beautiful blonde locks. Then it can give you that extra spunk and still be mostly natural. Or, go for it girl! Let me know how it works out, I'd be interested!
