Has anybody been able to schedule anything with Tessa lately? Seems like she maybe on the MNE untouchable list.
She’s #1 on my bucket list but I’ve been unsuccessful getting any email responses the last couple months. Tried both available emails.

...doesn't seem that uncommon for someone who performs with such vigor and committment she's famously known for to maybe take a "rest" from time to time.
Awhile back her add was gone for a week or two . That being said add has been up repeatedly as of late. Best guess is that he has made the agency do not see, no not respond list . To confirm he can try appointments with others he is sure of in that group and see if he is on the shit list.
Can you tell me more about the "do not see" "do not respond" "shit list"? Is that when it's hopeless to try to get an appointment with them? They only see the select few MNE oligarchs?
It is incomprehensible business operation from the outside. OKMaybe the list is a do see and if on it you are golden if not — you be “f——d”. At some point they need to let some new clients in to refill the pipeline but how it is decided who knows. Personally have not seen anyone in that group since before Covid and have not tried but did see Tessa and was worth the effort.
Go back through this board and will find you are part of the majority not the minority.
I totally agree. The inability or unwillingness to respond to emails is so unprofessional and quite frankly, childish. But I suppose we are dealing with staff that got their business degrees from tic-toc, Social media and socials media influencers. This will be ultimately be their downfall in what appears to be an emerging (at the very least, surging) market. I'm grateful newer options like 007street and another that is newly immerging that actually have communication skills. It sounds like it will be a great improvement for providers and client's alike. one of the newest is currently working on incall locations, and I have personal knowledge that there's a shit ton of "upscale" apartments that I know a lot of developers would like to fill.

Also, I believe MNE is posting ads for providers that are not really available, to garner interest "clicks", in hopes to book others in the group. You can tell by some that haven't gotten any reviews for months, but are posting almost daily. I suppose that at least does get some business for the providers that are actually working.

Fast forward to a couple months ago and I keep sending emails and it's completely crickets. I've never seen anyone in this group, so I know i'm not any list. It's frustrating because she's on my bucket list as well.
