Any info where to get a pre-paid card that I can use for purchase outside of the us? Online gamers or anyone?

It is getting harder and harder to be discreet in making purchases outside the US.  You can get cards that work  but have to register them using a social security # to verify your identity.  I'm not ready to try to create a second identity that will actually match to another ss#, so I try to find other ways to make things work.  That has led me to look for places that allow purchases via money order or even cash.  I think bitcoin may eventually be an answer, but I haven't looked into that yet because it's not widely accepted.  

Am looking to join a website but the payment goes through Cyprus. I can't give out my personal banking info for obvious reasons. how do people belong to these types of sites? I find it hard to believe that they're  all single people who have no reason to be discrete.

Do you have to register a SS# with  Amex or Netspend?  How do married guys do this and be discrete?
