A legend whom will be missed.   My thoughts are with his family and close friends.

I'm from Los Angeles and not very familiar with Prince, his music or his place in music history.

His performance in the pouring rain at halftime was great.

A sad day indeed,a great talent with incredable energy.

But I do enjoy other types of music, and Prince was one of them.  Now I need to go digging through my ex-wife's CDs to see if I can find her Best of Prince double CD set.
