Hey boys...  I am going to be moving your way in the next week or so, and am looking for any advice on where the heck in Minneapolis I should move to.  Any suggestions on neighborhoods that would be appropriate for a lady such as myself or any other advice would be appreciated.  Kisses -Renee

Renee, do you have any reviews anywhere?

I like your pic.  Would appreciate info
on rates, menu items available.

search 'renee' and make sure you are looking for 'renee east' cause there are other renee's listed.

note: she is fbsm, not a fs escort

Overpriced suburbia - Maple Grove will do nicely
Artsy, trendy and affordable - Try for the uptown area but be careful what you pick

I personally like the first ring western suburbs (Golden Valley, St. Louis Park and such). They are afforable and close to the action.

Factor

PS - the cities could certainly use someone who offers a good tantric massage

hmm... just taking a guess based on your current locale and photos -

lyn-lake: bad moto guzzi grunge meets co-ops and clubs

crocus hill/grand ave in st. paul: shops galore, classic city features, old mansions hip but not real grunge

northern suburbs - jesse ventura and pick up trucks

southwestern suburbs - the OC wannabe - land of boats, platinum blondes and wealth

western burbs - as above

lowry hill/kenwood - nice, close to the action, best of all worlds variety but really high rent.

south burbs - just kinda nice and boring. close to mall of america

edina/southwest minneapolis - darling movie-like neighborhoods, safe BMW and Volvo land. not really that close to the action.

near western burbs. cool, affordable, but need a car and not a lot of variety people wise.

seward/riverside - little somalia meets granola land

northeast mpls - dull, but somewhat affordable, near northeast is up and coming

south mpls - hip, liberal, see lyn lake

uptown - hip, wealthy but dense, near lakes, bike paths, cool shops, good for early 20s.  later 20s - 40s should see grand ave of 50th and france if you are into the boutique thing.

places to avoid if you don't like a lot of urban chaos:
north mpls - still sucks
east side saint paul/frog town
franklin ave/near south mpls
most burbs - why, you can get that crap anywhere in the us? why live in generica if you are going to travel.  live life and don't be a snail who runs to some carbon copy town home - at least not until you want to settle heheh.

Bloomington is the 3rd largest city,
and gives easy access for hobbyists
in st paul and minneapolis both.

If you go into the western burbs,
makes it hard for us eastsiders to get to you.

That's a very good question. Bloomington PD has a reputation for being tough on providers and pushing the hotels on their side of the 494 strip to do likewise. So, while living in Bloomington might suit you, you might want to do incall somewhere else and be careful about taking outcalls in Bloomington. Richfield or Edina might be good locations for you if you want quick access to the Mall of America and the airport, which are across 494 from each other. E-mail me for more detailed info; I prefer not to broadcast this sort of info on the boards, myself.

How about right next door to me! Nothng like a "girl Next door" in close proximity. Very nice photos.

Welcome to MInneapolis!

Thank you for all your responses.  It feels like a warm welcoming, and I'm not even there yet.  In all the chaos of this move it's nice to be getting a better idea about where I'm going.  I've heard many wonderful things about the Minneapolis area and I am really looking forward to living there.
Lyn Lake kind of sounds like what I have in mind right now.  I just left the hell of all suburbs, Bellevue (Seattle's Eastside), my house was only a mile from Microsoft's main campus.  Ick!  It will be nice to live somewhere not so stuck-up. Also, more info on Bloomington and Maple Valley would be great.  They seemed to be highly recommended, but with no descriptions.

Kisses,
Renee

P.S.  Tomarrow... well... later this morning, my old site should be back up, and I have a new round of pictures to add to the mix.  But, since life is so hard at the Doubletree, I'm having issues uploading my new site from their dinosour of a computer.  So cross your fingers.  Untill next time, chao.

Sorry guys I have my ignorant hat on today. What is FBSM?

I had to look this one up myself.... It stands for Full Body Sensual Massage.

Take a look at the University Avenue/Hwy 280 area. This is within a mile of the geometric center of the Twin Cities metro area, just across the line into St. Paul. Great reataurants, new condo/appartment complexes, nice trouble-free anonymous area, easy access off I-94, 5-15 minutes from everywhere (except Maple Grove). In any case, look forward to meeting you. Tantrikas sorely needed in MSP.
