I am curious and I am sure a thread existing on this subject is down there somewhere but do any of you guys send the women a copy of your ID? Isn't this supposed to be anonymous? The women are not exposing themselves so why should we.  I get it for safety reasons but what about our safety and all that.  The industry has changed.  Been doing massage since the Old Choice Massage days over 20 years ago now I'm mid 40's and nobody answers emails or asking for an photo Id.  Time  for a change

Never give out your ID. Get P411.

this is me beating a dead horse here but using P411 doesn't mean you won't ever have to show your ID. Don't get me wrong, I know most providers won't ask; however, P411's policies are pretty clear that if a provider requests to see your ID upon arrival to the appointment, you have to show it (with certain information covered up if you'd like). If the client refuses to show ID upon arrival, the provider can ask the client to leave and then inform P411 of the client's refusal to show ID upon arrival. P411 will then suspend the client's account until they are re-screened.

And I know that the majority of clients for whatever reason do not believe us when we say P411 is great but there are a few issues. There has a significant shift in how they handle bad actors on the client side, clients sharing accounts (and I am speaking from personal experience), and there have been multiple instances since 2014 of P411 being used for busts in Denver, Orlando, Tennessee and LA most recently a year ago I believe. In the mid-2010s, it was compromised by LEO in the Little Rock (AR) area & the Appleton/Oshkosh area, when P411 caught wind, they removed those cities for a brief time period and sent warning messages to the providers in the area and/or who were scheduled to pass through. And this typically happens because some fool fails to use his big head, gets roped up in a sting, and then gives up his login info.

Regardless two things can be true at once: We can absolutely like the platform and wish for improvement. Obviously,  I still use it and allow it to be used for screening so long as a client has "x" amount of "okays" within a select timeframe, but that level of confidence I once had in it isn't what it used to be.

Some of those I have heard about at 411. The second paragraph, the last sentence, is about how many busts and stings start...especially around here. Sometimes, LE has been in the group/site for a while.

Thanks for sharing that info, super helpful. I don't mind showing my ID at the beginning of a meeting. However, I will not share a photo of my ID via email especially gmail or other non-encrypted email. Maybe with Protonmail if I really wanted to see someone, but I have no idea what kind of security hygeine folks have so it'd be very rare or exceptional. I try to stick with P411 providers and often include my LinkedIn with the P411 request. But that's my choice and I understand it might not be for others.

It does seem though that quite a few do.  The ladies are free to run their businesses as they see fit but my choice is to see ones whom I don't have to provide PII in order to see.

I’m sure she’s amazing! But not for me if ID, pictures and that type of this goes with it.

Yes, I do ask for an ID to confirm identity and do a background check. I am an open sex worker and my actual identity is not a secret (my incall is also my home that I own). Within the last several months I have actually had two gents that I had to turn down because of one being convicted of possession of kiddie porn, the other being convicted of assault (female coworker). I have posted on this multiple times but have yet to get an actual answer on how to locate this information to protect myself without requesting an ID and doing a background check. And if you would like to just have anonymous encounters might I suggest just hanging out at a bar and keeping your fingers crossed? Otherwise yes, if you want to spend time with a reputable provider that is going to be clean, polite, professional, and get your money's worth 99.99% will ask for your info.

Amen, sister. I do the same and I even turn down those who have had recent, ongoing encounters with law enforcement (traffic or DUIs) because if they're not going to respect the law of the land, why would they respect me??

There's lots of ladies out there that do not screen, so just find one of them and keep your fingers crossed that it will work out for you!

Really?  If someone who has had a speeding or parking ticket contacts you, you'll decline to see them?

No one drives under the speed limit anymore.

Oh they do.  I run into them periodically, usually in the fast lane.

When I said traffic, I meant moving car violations, so not parking.

And yes, if someone has multiple driving violations, including speeding, that means they're careless and reckless, shooting through traffic and getting pulled over again and again.

Sure, we all speed, but if I kept getting tickets for it, I would stop driving like a maniac and be a LOT more careful.

I don't want to reward that behavior.

So it's also about listening to the traffic gods when they tell you "no" 😁

Exceptions apply - if they got them in their youth, like years ago, I don't hold it against them.

Its a big difference in put a picture of your Id on line or to some provider who may use it for who knows what -
VS - showing your ID to a verified P-411 provider who simply wants to view it before the meet.  This facetime verification along with pictures and video is going to end badly for someone. It really makes p-411 verification more valuable as a provider has plenty of time to contact your OKs and verify you in advance. A smooth no hassle low stress meeting is in the best interest of all legit parties.

I will not trust anyone that I haven’t met yet myself. Are there women that I would’ve liked to seen, yes, but my personal safety and personal information are way too important to me.  That being said there are two women (no longer in the hobby) that knew my name and where I live. Trust is earned and they in turn shared their personal info and invited me into their lives and homes. I miss those days and women.

P411 user number is composed of bits and pieces of your ID. So showing your ID on arrival is designed into their system.

Weird thing is I have over 90 okays and have never been asked to show it as they describe.  Not one single time.  I have been asked by a couple of P411 providers to send a photo of it for screening, but I declined as that is not something I do.  I would be willing to show it upon arrival (with specific areas covered to protect my identity) if asked in advance.

I do request an ID and can't think of the last time I've had any issues. Gentlemen who see me understand my need to feel safe and that, reciprocally, I am discreet.

I'm unsure what possesses a person to think they can engage with reputable providers anonymously. If this is your expectation, it's highly likely you're one 'fun' time away from a sting or robbery.

If this is you, I hope they take your clothes, abandon you in the Bed Bug Motel with your weenie in your hand, and leave you to consider what kind of makeshift garment you can construct from wash cloths and pillow cases.

If the above is true and you require ID from everyone why does your website say
Form of screening:
Provider References
Work Verification
P411
ID

Just asking

I did not say it's required for everyone. The wonderful gentleman this evening certainly had no issue and we had a delightful time.

Anyone who says this would be off my meet list because it's not rational thinking for those who use other methods like references, P411, meet for a drink or other.  An ID would prevent none of what you imply with your wish.  Saying so is just silly.

Out of at least 100's of meetings over 20+ years and never providing an ID or my real identity I have a few stories that would make those considering sharing an ID just cringe or maybe leave this arena for good.   All these were reputable providers with reviews everywhere and even acted normal on discussion boards.

Once the cat has left the bag, it can't be put back.  Might as well just post your ID on social media then direct who you want to see to it.  If I had nothing to lose maybe but very few are in that position....and who wants the risk of a BSC lady using you as her pin cushion?  Or worse, the feds show up because she and her associates you did not know about were arrested on an unrelated federal crime.  Hey, your name was in her phone, computer, docs so you may be involved or worse it's published on the internet in connection where it stays forever!  Explain that to your family, friends, boss, business associates, customers.  That has happened and worse.

haha!!! The people are riled up! I didn't read the message but clearly understand you disagreed with my silly comment.

In my case, my thinking is that I've been seeing reputable providers without giving them my id for some 20 years.

yes, there are other methods. Such as legitimate provider references, p411 etc. I am so entertained at the poor boys I've triggered on here.

The OP (in this 20 years) asked why do I need an ID and you responded basically no ID, no meet and I hope you land yourself in a world of hurt for meeting those without giving out an ID.  At least you came back and acknowledged and ID is not necessary with other things in place but that was not your first response.  I think most here have those things and I don't see anyone saying anything different or being triggered......except maybe Paige who always goes off the train tracks on this subject.

...hobbyists that are deathly afraid of their identity being compromised.  Your hypocrisy is glaring.  It's really unfortunate that you chose to include that last sentence.

There's a lot of guys who will walk away from this as the risk/reward evaluation really comes into play and they continue to see more instances of hobbyists being adversely affected and/or simply ruined.  I'd guess a great percentage of those potential clients are/were pretty nice guys and they will find new opportunities or simply cease this type of activity because it's just no longer worth it.

Men can be separated into 2 groups regarding sex.  Those that will pay to do something they enjoy and those that must pay or TAKE in order to have the sex they NEED.  It's my hope that all providers are seeing clientele from the first group and can avoid the second group but it's the guys from the WILL group that generally have the most to lose.  The MUST group guys are a totally different group of poor bastards that in general, have much less to loose.

This whole debate is like an onion.  Each layer shows us unique perspective.  Are we REALLY supposed to take this seriously when a provider openly states driving records are among the indices used in the evaluation process?  She won't allow someone who disregards traffic laws to engage in illegal activities with her??   Is this the viewpoint of a reputable provider or a headline from The Onion?

I believe we will eventually read that she was kidding but I really don't think she was.

Here's the reality though, the bad guys you'd never,  EVER want to meet will simply put their focus on/and invest in circumventing your process and the guys that are the most dangerous are the ones that will find the greatest success in doing so.  This is human nature in it's purest form.

I'm sure discerning readers recognize that this was a ridiculous hypothetical situation taken to an extreme to get people riled up...

This whole thread was littered with landmines regardless of what position was taken so I just picked one and ran with it.

Had you listed P411, provider references, and Work References when you said P11 we would not have had this runaway train. Work and P11 are not acceptable to most clients here, but understand the need for something.
These same clients are probably not going to see a provider who asks for nothing.

I’ve seen several wonderful ladies in MN. 99% of the time P411 and/or referrals.
The 1% are the ladies who want “selfies” “ID” or my linked-in info. And…. That’s a big old NOPE!
