So it is hard to give much of an answer but it could well be that's not how he was hoping it would turn out.
There are so many great options.
... That doesn't sound too bad! But there's several beyond-7s I know for that money or less, so I'd tend to stick with them.

I think most of the providers on TER that charge 300+ Are worth That and Then some!!!!!!! I LOVE WHAT I DO, AND I AM GREAT AT WHAT I DOBUT UNFORTUNATELY TER HAS RULES AND REGULATIONS!!!
I consider 7's to be adequate (average) scores. $300 is roughly average. So it all balances. Somebody getting 9's is probably going to charge a premium.

Scoring has changed on this site. It is almost impossible for a companion to get a 10 unless she has a wide open menu. So when someone is rated a 7... they are more like a 9... IMHO. Plus the ratings is all in the eyes of the beholder.... I mean some people want everything under the sun or they wont rate high... others just want someone to listen, take care of their needs, pay attention to them, good kissing, and just a fun experience. So you see your 10 might be someones 3... .or vice versa. There are many lovely ladies on here and out there that provide 10 services for the price you indicated... .others charge a lot more and others might charge less. But $300 for some time with a gorgeous woman.... that is cheap IMHO..... Now ladies don't go raising prices....LOLI have NEVER been able to give the ladies the high scores I want to. TER has weird rules about scoring. The only time I pay attention to the scores is if they're extremely low (just laid there/barely worth the effort/ripoff). Other than that, I rely solely on the juicy details of the reviews to figure out if I'm going to get what I want from a provider. $300-$350 seems to be the average donation for this area, so unless you want to risk it with an unreviewed, low-priced BP girl, read the juicy details, ignore the scores, and pony up.
Many great 9 and above providers available around $300.
Why pay the same money for 7's?The new rules don't restrict appearance scores, which reviewers can set as high as they like. So that's one side of "7/7" the OP is justified in suspecting.
As for the other side, I'd say the big difference is between an 8 or a 9 and a 10. Because most $300 p/h providers do either DFK or BBBJ, or DFK and BBBJ. Which get you from 7 to 8 or 9 all on their own. Not all 300-level GFE girls do either, of course. But enough do, I think, that those who don't are outliers. The original subject was about 7/7 scores. Your point would better apply if the subject were about seeing girls with performance scores under 9 or 10.don't work for me. I've generally had better sessions with ladies who are 8/8 or even 7/7 than 9/9 or 10/10. It's not a cost thing, the cost is about the same. Maybe it's the "expectations." I've been overly excited about an upcoming 10/10 or 9/9 rated gal, and, within 3 minutes of our session, I realize that she's not my type and I would rate her a 7/6 at best

More importantly, given that at the 300 GFE rate most providers do offer DFK and BBBJ, I think, the big difference in the new rating system is between 9 and 10. Not that you'd necessarily be right to think of 9 as the new 10, but that makes more sense than 7 as the new 9. Some 300 and above-level providers do CBJs, and the new system is harsh on them. But if they allow kissing with tongue or, less likely, Greek, they can still get an 8 or a 9. So your 7 is more like a [X] formula doesn't hold. Except on the case of the provider who doesn't offer any of the above, but still gives a stellar performance. But you don't know by number alone who they are. They could truly deserve a 7, or they could have gotten a 9 or 10 under the previous system. The biggest difference between the old system and the new, in my opinion, given the great number of providers who do DFK and BBBJ, is between 9 and 10, or Greek and not Greek. Of course, it also affects those who could get an 8 or 9 instead of a 7 if their menu is more limited. But not to the point where we have to pretend all 7s are 9s. Beauty and performance are in the eyes of the beholder. Personality is important to me, and that doesn't usually come out in reviews. Sometimes it comes out in their websites.
I can list several 10/10's that had reviews which were great - the gals and guys did exactly what I like. I guess it's one man's fav BJ is another man's OK BJ. I've been hobbyin for 15+ years and I'm still trying to perfect my system...I'm close, I think....I think... And, when I find a new ATF, she retires..... Oh well, life is still good...

8 plus in appearance and services and continue to focus on the top 25.

Your post is a good reminder of the subjectivity of the TER rating system.
The Minnesota Top 25 in aggregate have many reviews of 7 in appearance and/or performance, or less. There's even some sub-8 scores in the Top 5. Everyone's idea of a 10, or a 9 or 8 etc., is different.If I'd focused on the Top 25 over the years, I would have missed out on meeting several interesting, fun, and beautiful (inside as well as outside) women and having some great experiences with them.
As others have mentioned, it's important to read the text of reviews to get a good picture of what a provider is like, and whether it's someone you'd like to meet based on your preferences and budget.
