I have heard thru a regular that she has been talking with other gals and they are saying that things are slow out there.
I did see one gal that has been in the bizz for along time and she did say it was slow for her.
Does it get slower in the summer time?

I was just going to ask that.  Is it slow everywhere in the summer?  I want to travel.

The visitors are doing quite well and returning. Some UTR trips.

I'm not a provider but I do read and research a lot and I've read that the industry is changing.  Now with shows on tv like "the girlfriend experience" and just the general changes in society I think sugar babies and escorting is a lot more accepted than in the past.  I've noticed that there seems to be more providers coming into town touring and more providers all around.  Which might account for it if things are indeed slow.

On the other hand, I haven't noticed more "specials" being advertised (I do look for those).  If there was a lot of competition I would assume prices might come down some or maybe specials would be run more frequently.  

I don't know. Just random thoughts above.  But I truly do hope all of these wonderful women are doing well, are happy and loving life.  I appreciate and value all of them so much.

I'm not a provider either, and I am not a FS guy.  But I get more than my share of "massages."  I see lots of girls. and I hear it is pretty slow.  Even the regular clients are not as regular.  

Here are my observations though:

Lots of newer girls with no reviews commanding/demanding top dollar.  ($180-$200 for a new girl with no reviews, no experience, no sensuality, topless, nude if lucky, and some don't like to be touched.)  They are lured in by the thought of making a lot of money quickly without having to have a "real job" (their words not mine).  They aren't concerned with building long-term/repeat clients.  They live in the here and now. These girls are there to make a quick buck and leave.  The rates are being raised by- well, we know who- no need to start that discussion here.  but let's just say a few other people in the biz are making a killing, and they don't care because they are making money hand over fist.  They don't care what kind of girls they put forth because they can always find more willing to do the same.  Just wish guys would really be honest in their reviews and not rate 6, 7, 8 because they blow a nut.   I'll stick to my handful of regulars now and get great service for those prices.  At the going massage rates, it might be time for me to consider the FS world.

One posted mentioned specials.  This made me chuckle.  Not at him but what I see.  I've checked on a few specials with girls whose ads I have seen for a while and girls I've called/emailed.  Their "special" happens to be $180 ($20 off). But I KNOW their regular price is $180.  I've also learned over the years that one gets what one pays for.  Pay less - expect less.

Just my two cents. And I don't think that even buys a piece of gum any more.

1. Kids are out of school and home.  
2. Families are taking vacations and away from home.
3.  Summer activities -- people like to be at the lake or park when it's nice out.

yes it has been slow in the massage business but I've noticed some escorts that have been busy..so not quit sure?? i would like to know why the massage business is slow right now... use to be able to book 2-5 clients now you have no idea if you will even get one....hmmmmm

I think I hit on some of your concerns in my other reply in this discussion thread.  The prices, new girls, and inconsistency of service .  The massage prices have skyrocketed in the past few months. Seems like they've  gone from 140/160 to 180/200 in a short time. Not sure how many others have gotten a 25% or more  increase in pay or been able to charge  25% more for their goods or services. Comes down to bang for the buck. Nice pun but not intended.  Sadly, the TER reviews are becoming unreliable (for massage) with providers' friends and schedulers posting reviews.  As I wrote above, I am considering going from massage to FS. If I am going to shell out that kind of money, I might as well enjoy the company  of a well-reviewed woman who WANTS  to spend the hour and will at least make the effort to pretend she's enjoying it.
