In your original post that started this message thread, you included the following partial comment:

"...(Y)our fierce commitment to your kids by using this place to help raise them..."

In my opinion, this partial comment is evidence of your warped bias.

Almost all mothers have a fierce commitment to their children. However, the vast majority of mothers placed in similar situations do not resort to prostitution in order to pay the bills. Prostitution is the easy choice. The difficult choice would be self-improvement (i.e., gaining marketable skills or advanced education).

In addition, I do not believe you meant that they are "using this place to help raise them." You probably meant to say that they selling sex in order to pay the bills and support a certain lifestyle.

A wise hobbyist told me many years ago that he does like to indulge providers that are clearly only in it for the money. For example, he did not like providers that used the hobby to pay for their education. He found the best value and experiences with providers that truly dug the adventure and erotic thrills offered by the hobby.

Providers that truly dig adventure and erotic thrills do not require "White Knights" (such as yourself) to applaud their contributions to the hobby

Many of you serve as mom and dad and breadwinner for your kids.

The father of the children you are raising left, stopped paying child support, was dangerous or died.

Some of your kids are disabled and have costly special needs.

Your stories are moving; your choices heroic; your fierce commitment to your kids by using this place to help raise them is neither acknowledged nor receives the respect it deserves.

To all of you, happy Father-Mother's Day!

And happy fathers day to you & all the fathers who have chosen to participate in the rearing of their children.

Choices heroic.. please.. They got fucked, sometimes in more ways than one.  Make a choice, live with the consequence.  Employ all the sophistry to the matter you will.  But, it will never be a Mom functioning as both, it's a child with half.

Keep on peddling tho WK, after all you sound like you're in full agreement that you're the bike the fish don't need.

The vast majority of the moving and heroic stories you have been told are simply defensive rationalizations spun by the provider in order to justify her participation in an illegal activity.

Your wrong. And I'm very much biting my tongue right now, because I'm quit sure your just trying to start shit.
Just go look at the statistics about the rise in autism.
How dare you insinuate people would lie about these things!
"Justify illegal activity" good god man, get a clue! It's the oldest profession in the world it's not rape, murder, or drug running,
Also contrary to outdated beliefs it's usually not even tax evasion!  Jump into the 21st century guy

Congratulations to society and all the Fothers/Mathers or whatever you want to call it..  Golf Clap for the great work you do!

Children of single parent homes are twice as likely to drop out of high school, 2.5 times as likely to become teen mothers, and 1.4 times as likely to be idle -- out of school and out of work -- as children who grow up with both parents. Children in one-parent families also have lower grade point averages, lower college aspirations, and poorer attendance records. As adults, they have higher rates of divorce. These patterns persist even after adjusting for differences in race, parents' education, number of siblings, and residential location.

Leading cause of poverty?  Single parenting.

Good Job!!!  Oh and please, diminish the fathers who do give a shit and stick around by pretending you can replace them with nothing

This way we can honor all the sperm donors, the one's who raise kids and those who don't, the ones who know their kid's teachers by name and those who don't, the ones who take the kids to the doctor, the ones who contribute equally to raising and educating their chromosome carriers and the one's who walk away from their 20 year promise.

To be fair, we will honor all mothers on Ovum Day, those who abandon kids in crack houses and those who raise the kids.  Those who try to provide their kids a normal upbringing by the absent dads (by the  way this is more than a quarter of kids--single parent dad's are almost too small a percentage to show up on the charts.)

Mother Day, Fathers Day--its just about DNA.

The guys who are getting so worked up over this have no idea who the women they are seeing really are.  The women will mostly keep quiet about their husbands, their lives. It's bad for business.

Ted, Derp, biglittle, save yourself from thinking. Its too hard. Call me a whiteknight and change the channel

And respect them for what they go through. The simple fact is it IS Fathers Day not single Mothers Day.

At least you're proud of you're White Knighthood, congratulations!

You believe in pandering that you show some extra "respect" to women, but, you don't.. You just fully expose your mangina for all to see Mr WK2014.  There's nothing authentic or real in your words, and nothing that shows you respect women either.  You don't believe the crap you shovel, yet you expect women to.

Perhaps you've just been stuck in Herstory, Womyns Studies or Gender Studies (probably to gain the respect from them in true WK fashion.  Only to see the "jerks" get the girls you wanted.) and have just learned a fair amount of self-loathing and hatred for men in general.  On this board you're in good company, there are quite a few providers who would join you in the same hatred.

There is nothing wrong with acknowledging fathers.. Not sperm donors but fathers.. The ones that take their kids to the baseball games, help with the homework, wrap them upside the head when they're being idiots.  But, to say they're replaceable with nothing, especially considering overwhelming evidence to the contrary is crazy and frankly dangerous.

Moms got their day.. single or not, let dads have theirs too.

Oh and thanks Mindy for winning the BSC provider of the day medal!

SMOOCHES!

Actually the increase in autism is solely because they've come to diagnose it earlier and broadened the spectrum to the point where research isn't doing anyone any good besides imply that genetics plays a part.
Being a parent of two autistic children one severe and one on the high function side I'll be the first to say it's not the easiest at all & definitely not something I'd just make up or wish on anyone.
Thanks

People do the best they can with the cards they are dealt.  Some are lucky and find lasting love, children, and so forth.  Others don't find that miss or mr right and end up making the best of their situation.  Being heroic is waking up every day, taking your battles head on and providing for your loved ones.  It is not heroic to put down someone else without knowing the trials they have gone through.

I'm hopeful we can all get back on this train in 11 months for Mother's Day.

That was incredibly sweet!

1.I'm not saying a mother can replace a father, but if left alone they often do what they can to make up for the lack of one
(some do -just as some dads do if reversed)
2. I DID wish all fathers a Happy Father's Day.

3. When someone spouted off the statistics of a single parent household I felt I needed to clarify that I'm not suggesting single parenthood to be somehow better, in fact I believe children without two parents do suffer!
    Now Derp,
as much as you may want me to cower or feel somehow bad about myself, I sure do not....I know who I am very well & the whole BSC thing you can save for those that don't know me...it's silly & you throwing it around so much only makes it clear (for you)  BSC means any female that disagrees with you.

The fact is I stated something nice today, I felt I got misunderstood, I tried to readjust and point out some examples of what I really meant, I may have over shared- oh well, a lot of people do...... I'm not any kind of man hater...
far from it in fact, I love, love, love, men and all the fun stuff I can do with them :) ....

I guess I'm a person that just shouldn't dare to speak my mind or state a sentiment or anything personal on this board-
it's clear that some people on here don't want to hear from me....no problem. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. I hope everyone had a great day & continue's to have a great week.
Smile big, smile often,
~Mindy

Maybe you need to read your whole SMFH post.  The entire post screams BSC.  Good thing you were "biting your tongue", I'd hate to see you in full shrill mode.

As far as females that have often disagreed with me that as of yet I'd never say were BSC, MsV and Bri to name a couple.  Both are pretty level headed women.  You on the other hand, how many times has your drama landed here?  Like NCNS's and your various excuses and rationalizations.

Trust me.. you've more then earned your BSC title.. You may fuck like a crazed banshee doesn't change that you're a drama queen.

I don't believe that women replace men as far as single parenting goes .Yes we often are pulling double duty...but still we aren't men or hermaphrodites so you can't be both .
Personally I dislike holidays and gender specific holidays more .
They're made up for the retail industry in order to boost sales and nothing more than a sham IMO .
I love my dad, he's the one that made it a point to expose me to the retail scams in this country & how to avoid them so I'm not stressed out by it.
It's presence not presents in my household that hold the most importance
