Over the weekend for those not battling the crowds and traffic?

But many of the military families that are here have other members in the services still. Nothing wrong with saying thanks.

 Also, good point about those who are no longer with us - it's Memorial Day, not Veteran's Day.  As I usually tell those who thank us for our service on this weekend, *this* holiday is for those who didn't make it back.

So grateful for all who serve. Near and dear to my heart.
