Not much in terms of fine dining around the airport. But, if you're willing to go a bit father, I'd suggest the following:
Northville. PF Changs, J. Alexanders, Flemings, or Mitchell's Fish MarketThose are a bunch of chain restaurants - some good, but nothing special. Can be found in every other major city.
In Dearborn, for Middle Eastern food try Habib on Michigan Avenue or Al Ajami on Warren. Also in Dearborn is Joe Vicari's Andiamo Italian Steakhouse on Michigan Avenue. Very good local Italian chain. Al Ajami does not serve alcohol, not sure about Habib. Another good choice in Dearborn is L.A.
