I just want to make that clear so that nobody thinks that my deletion of my post meant otherwise.  I inadvertently mistook this post for the annual AVN party which will be held the following night and didn't read the post in it's entirety.  Shame on me!  Whether I choose to attend or not does not matter and is absolutely nobody's business.  

I believe this event is indeed a meet and greet and if you are interested in attending just ask to be invited it's as simple as that. That's why it is on this board so that others can have the opportunity to attend should they wish to do so and just like other parties they may be approved or denied.  Just like regular meet and greets the organizers maintain the authority to pick and choose who can attend based upon many factors including but not limited to; screening issues, likeability issues, plays well with others or just perhaps they just aren't fun to be around.  Just sayin....!

OK that's it just wanted to clarify as it does sound fun!

Its Jan 8, 2010 and it will be sunny and hot.

Easy mistake to make; obviously, the year s/b read as 2010.  Personally, I am going to be there in LV  that week-end, as I was for the first EWS last week-end.  These gatherings are beyond hobbying...in a class of their own!

Sunny but not hot, not in January. People tend to think that it is always hot in Vegas. But I have been Vegas a few times during the winter months and it gets cool. 60's. can get as cold as 30's and 40's at night.

I was referring to the atmosphere of the party not the forecast. Believe me, based on what I experienced in Orlando - bring a fan.

I am sure the gathering will be very HOT!!!!....

....but the Vegas weather will be seasonal at best (50s/60s day...30s night).....heck last year I missed the 4" snowstorm which closed the airport by a day, supposedly a once in a 30 year occurence.
